| In recent years,China’s women’s javelin level has been improving,not only to create a new Asian record,but also in the international arena is among the top,but we can’t just focus on adult women’s javelins,attention should also be paid to the level of young women javelin.As a reserve force for the Chinese women’s javelin team,China’s young women javelin athletes in the last three World Youth Games in the best results are only the sixth place,This shows that the technical level of young women javelin athletes in China is generally low,the search for a reasonable solution is urgently needed.Young athletes only have perfect skills,it’s possible that in adulthood you do n’ t fail to improve because of technical problems.The aim of this study is to research on the Kinematic Characteristics of the Techniques of Throwing Steps and Final Force of Chinese Excellent Young Female Javelin Athletes,discover their strengths and weaknesses,at the same time,the improvement method is proposed,This will not only help our young javelin athletes to improve and improve their technical level,closing the gap between them and good women javelin players,can also be used for the national young women athletes and coaches,to promote the improvement of the overall level of young athletes in China.This research uses the literature method,on the premise of a certain theoretical foundation,2D shooting of women’s group shot final in 2019 National Youth(U20)Athletics Championships,screen out the best video of each of the top six finalists,using Dartifish software for data analysis,obtain data on throwing steps and final exertion techniques,among the six athletes,the average stride length was 1.49 m,the average step is 0.27 s,the average step is 5.66 m/s.By comparing and analyzing the kinematics parameters of six athletes,draw the following conclusions and recommendations:(1)Six athletes basically do not accord with "the penultimate step is small,the penultimate step is big,the penultimate step is biggest,the penultimate step is smallest" the step size rule,the step frequency also does not accord with the throwing step last step fastest rule,thus their throwing step rhythm aspect still has the insufficiency.(2)The height of the hip joint of the six athletes is not obvious up and down fluctuation,generally speaking,it is a stable state,the angle of the trunk backward tilt is not very different from the angle of the trunk backward tilt of the world’s excellent athletes,and the angle change of the right knee joint is relatively reasonable in the final exertion stage.(3)The height coefficient of the six athletes is different from the reasonable height coefficient of 0.89,which is related to the height of the athletes and the characteristics of their technology,and the speed of the players is different from the world average,which shows that the six athletes did not play the role of "whipping" force very well.(4)Young athletes have relatively good control ability of body posture,center of gravity and right leg force in the final stage of throwing step,but because the training years of young athletes are not long enough,the technical movements are not very mature and stable,so they still have a big gap inthe control of throwing step rhythm,the body posture of javelin shot moment and the angle of shot.It is suggested that in normal training,coaches should establish the concept of the whole movement of throwing javelin for young athletes,let young athletes make clear the role of each link and the next link and influence,can not be a single division of a sports link.At the same time,it is necessary to conduct targeted and purposeful training on the different problems of each young athlete,and then improve the technical level of young athletes. |
