| With the introduction of the national vocational education reform implementation plan,the renewal of education concept,the change of the status of teachers and students,and the diversification and intelligence of teaching auxiliary technology,the innovation and change in the current education activities can be described as changing with each passing day.As an essential and particularly important part of teachers’ work,the compilation of teaching plan is "the first to bear the brunt" in the wave of innovation and reform.Mind mapping is a kind of thinking visualization tool,because of its visualization,convenient memory and other characteristics,it is widely used in many fields.Through the retrieval of CNKI,Baidu Library and other channels,I found that at present,there are not many researches on the preparation and design of teaching plans by using mind map.Therefore,this paper considers the application of mind map to solve the main problems existing in the preparation of teaching plans for the first-line teachers in secondary vocational schools:(1)Because of the heavy workload and the requirements of the school system,teachers design teaching plans in a single form,narrow vision and lack of innovation;(2)Because of the lack of practical experience in education,new teachers often spend too much time designing teaching plans;(3)At present,only the analysis of learning situation is the key to make the teaching plan be able to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.However,at present,both the method of analysis of learning situation and the link of promoting the teaching plan to teach students in accordance with their aptitude are too single,which makes it difficult for these teaching plans to achieve real teaching based on their aptitude.The main research of this paper is as follows: This paper first introduces the concept of mind map and some basic theories of mind map,then explains the methods,key points and tools of drawing mind map,and takes the word part of office 2013 as an example to explain how to draw mind map.Based on the mind map,the cognitive model of students can be established,so as to understand the specific cognitive situation of students to each knowledge point more accurately,so as to better implement individualized teaching.Through questionnaire survey and other ways,from the actual teaching needs,the structure attribute of the teaching plan itself,the functional attribute of mind map,the curriculum characteristics of secondary vocational school,the characteristics of secondary vocational school students,a total of four aspects of using mindmap are studied.At the same time,the cognitive model of students is applied to the design and compilation of teaching plan,and it shows the use of mind map,the advantages of the model for the design of teaching plan,relevant application principles,etc.Finally,taking the word part of office 2013 as an example,combined with the cognitive model and related principles mentioned above,a teaching plan is designed. |
