Research On Huang Kecheng’s Thought Of Mass Work From 1941 To 1945

During the new democratic revolution,the Communist Party of China formed a powerful force to win the victory of the revolution through effective mass work methods.From 1941 to1945,Huang Kecheng,then the Third Division of the New Fourth Army,the Political Commissioner and the Secretary of the Party Committee in Northern Jiangsu.This thesis focuses on Huang Kecheng’s mass work thought during this period.The thesis divides into three parts:The first part,Huang Kecheng mass work thought formation foundation.The theoretical origin of Huang Kecheng’s mass work thought is the traditional Chinese people-oriented thought,the mass viewpoint in Marx’s classic works and Mao Zedong’s discussion on mass work.The growth experience in adolescence,the experience and lessons of the Southern Hunan Uprising and the main practice of the construction of the Northern Jiangsu Anti-Japanese Base are the practical basis of Huang Kecheng’s mass work thought.The second part,the main content of Huang Kecheng’s mass work thought,is the core content of this thesis.Establish a correct view of the masses,rely on the masses for victory is the basic follow;promoting the construction of democratic regime and solving the practical problems of the masses are the core essence;adhere to the united front,pay close attention to the armed political work of the masses is an important policy;doing research well and improving work style are successful methods.The third part,the practical effect of Huang Kecheng’s mass work thought,discusses the important results of Huang Kecheng’s mass work thought in guiding the practice of anti-Japanese base areas in northern Jiangsu,including improving people’s livelihood and developing production;strengthen the education,propaganda and literary work;strengthened the base construction,smashed the puppet sweep.This article point of view: Huang Kecheng has always been breathing with the masses,common destiny,in the long-term revolution and construction practice formed with its own characteristics of mass work thought.Mass work,as the lifeline and treasure of the Communist Party of China,has important practical significance for deepening the current reform and carrying out the Party’s mass line education.
