Study On The Party Building Of Non-public Enterprises In Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park

With the continuous development of comprehensively deepening reforms,the market economy system in China is also constantly progressing towards perfection.Under this background,the development speed of non-public enterprises is also accelerating,and their status and role in national political and economic development are also increasing obviously.At the National Party Building Work Conference for Non-Public Enterprises,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: "Non-public enterprises have played a key role in the process of economic development in China,and their number and quality of development have played an increasingly important role in the construction of our party’s work.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of the enterprise,we must pay close attention to the work and do the basic work solidly." From the content of the speech,it can be clearly felt that General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of non-public enterprises in the economic development in China,and also emphasized the need to focus on non-public party building work,which can also better satisfy enterprises and society’s needs of future development.For non-public enterprises themselves,in the increasingly severe business environment competition,their survival and development are also facing more severe challenges and requirements.Especially for some non-public enterprises that are in the development bottleneck period,how to promote the economic development of enterprises and enhance the soft power of corporate culture through party building has become the key to the development and growth of non-public enterprises and the necessary requirements of scientific management.At present,the party building of non-public enterprises in China is still relatively weak.Based on their special attributes,they have produced different ways of responding to party building.What caused the completely different attitudes of non-public enterprises,how to make them from passively accepting party building to inner recognition,to exerting their subjective initiative,and finally internalizing it into conscious action is the top priority of the current party organization task,and it is urgent to take effective measures.Measures to be resolved quickly.In the research process of this thesis,the concept of party building in non-public enterprises and non-public enterprises is firstly elaborated.At the same time,the concept of party building in non-public enterprises is clearly defined.The research and analysis are carried out from the current party building in non-public enterprises.It played a key role in the growth of non-public enterprises.Focusing on the investigation of the party building practice of non-public enterprises in Zhangjiang High-tech Park,Shanghai,the study found that there are three different ways of responding to the party building of non-public enterprises in Zhangjiang Park.Combining questionnaires and interview analysis,the paper analyzes the nature of non-public enterprises from three main levels,namely,the essential attributes of non-public enterprises,higher-level party organizations’ promotion of the modelling of party building,and the subjective factors of non-public business owners.In order to solve the problem and expand the innovative methods of party building in non-public enterprises,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in the following aspects: leading non-public enterprises to accept the transformation from party building to recognition,stimulating the subjective initiative of party building in non-public enterprises,and promoting non-public enterprises.From subjective initiative to the promotion of political consciousness,enterprises use technology to effectively promote the rapid and innovative development of party building in non-public enterprises.Through the joint cohesion of party building and the active participation of enterprises,the leading role of party organizations can be brought into play at a deeper level,and the party building problems of non-public enterprises can be solved more quickly and effectively,and the win-win development of party building and enterprises can be better realized.A win-win situation.In the process of researching the party building work of non-public enterprises,it is necessary to understand the current development status and the problems and shortcomings in the development,determine the balance point between party building and enterprise development,and carry out targeted and time-effective research at the same time.To analyze the causes of the problems and propose effective improvement measures based on this,we must deeply understand the important role of enterprise development in the development of party building work,and at the same time allow the party organization to play a more effective guiding role in the process of enterprise development.So as to effectively promote the healthy and scientific development of non-public enterprises along the path of characteristic socialism.
