As an important aspect of community construction,community volunteer management is an important part of social work practice.In recent years,with the development of urbanization,grassroots community volunteer service has been paid attention to,but it is still in the primary stage of disorder and disorder.Therefore,in order to promote community construction,efforts should be made to improve the normalization and efficiency of grassroots community volunteer service,give full play to its advantages in dealing with daily life,large-scale events and emergencies,and start to do a good job in volunteer management Work is the key.Based on this,the author entered the M community during COVID-19(hereinafter referred to as the epidemic situation),took participatory observation and semi-structured interview as a tool to collect data,and gave a detailed understanding of the community volunteers,the development of volunteer service and the management of volunteers.According to the management method of grassroots community volunteers,M community has carried out the localization transformation of "Love Bank" according to local conditions.This paper will analyze from four aspects: Volunteer Recruitment,training,activity preparation and development,and incentive.Through the investigation and research,this paper draws the following conclusions: first,due to the cultural differences between the East and the West and the different social structures,China’s voluntary service does not belong to the western style pure folk behavior,and the grass-roots government departments where M community is located will follow the top-down administrative Mobilization Mode in order to promote the development of community voluntary activities.Through strong administrative mobilization,Party members,resident units,community workers and other multiple subjects are absorbed into the community voluntary service system.This mode has great advantages in dealing with emergencies or major events.Second,the grass-roots community has obvious acquaintance color and building color.In such a simple and traditional community,the relationship between residents is friendly,there is no prominent contradiction,and the community is harmonious Third,during the epidemic period,relying on the "Love Bank" project for volunteer management has played a positive role,but also exposed many problems,such as: narrow channels of fund-raising,lack of professional participation,lack of management It is undeniable that these problems have become obstacles for M community to promote the standardization and systematization of volunteer management and the development of community construction.This paper attempts to analyze the problems in the process from the perspective of social work,and further explore how to use social work methods to optimize the management of grassroots community volunteers,and provide reference for the long-term management of M community volunteers.
