| With the transformation of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,the government has paid more attention to functional transformation and innovative supervision models.Law enforcement civil servants,as executives of government law enforcement work,directly affect the image and credibility of the government.In the process of performing official duties,they need to perceive others’ emotions,manage their own emotions,and carry out necessary emotional labor to successfully complete tasks to improve public satisfaction.Emotional labor overload can cause emotional disorders,which not only affect physical and mental health,reduce job satisfaction,but also have a negative impact on organizational performance.Therefore,based on the theoretical model of emotional labor,this paper takes the administrative law enforcement civil servants in Shanghai as the research object,and uses the semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey method to statistically analyze the 204 questionnaires collected by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Contents(1)At present,the performance of different management strategies for law enforcement civil servants in Shanghai;(2)Demographic labor policies for law enforcement civil servants with different age,gender,education,law enforcement years,marital status,job ranks(surface action,(d)the impact of current law enforcement civil servant emotional work on job satisfaction;at the same time,the analysis of emotional labor management issues and rationalization recommendations.Research conclusions: Shanghai administrative law enforcement civil servants are more inclined to use deeper behaviors in their work and have a better sense of professional identity;and some demographic data(such as age,law enforcement years,rank,marital status)have adopted emotional labor strategies for law enforcement officers.(deep behavior)has a significant impact.Law enforcement officers who adopt shallow behavior usually have lower job satisfaction.In addition,based on the research conclusions,this paper proposes three aspects of management suggestions for emotional labor problems. |
