Research On Government Response In Network Political Platform

With the rapid development of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,online channels have become an important way for the interaction between the government and the public.Citizens report public issues through the Internet and express interest appeals to the government;With the help of urban message boards,WeChat official accounts,official microblogs,Tiktok official video accounts and other network channels,the government can understand the situation of the people,formulate public policies to address the concerns of the citizens,and at the same time accept public supervision and listen to the public’s opinions and suggestions.In network citizens actively express their interests and to participate in public affairs,and help the government to understand public opinion active response to public demand,help the government achieve scientific decision-making,democratic decision-making,help improve relations between the government and citizen,enhance citizens’ trust and support to the government,so as to build a harmonious and stable social and political order.The research on public participation and official response under the platform of Internet political inquiry has gradually attracted public attention.However,most of the research on government responsiveness belongs to theoretical research.Most of the research on Internet political inquiry and government responsiveness still adopts case study,and few of them adopt big data quantitative analysis method.At present,relevant research and analysis mainly stay in the description analysis of question response rate and citizen satisfaction.Natural language processing(NLP)is helpful for the public sector to analyze the textual data quickly and accurately because of the large amount of data and the large amount of text data.In this paper,based on the Wuhan city message board and the public sector reply as the research data,using natural language processing(NLP)and other technical methods to study the Wuhan city message board citizen message question emotional tendency and official response,etc.Firstly,this paper collected the data of citizens’ messages and official replies in some urban areas of Wuhan city message board from 2017 to 2020.Through the analysis of citizens’ feelings about the text of the problems,it found that citizens have different emotional tendencies towards different types of problems.Secondly,through the analysis of official response data,to measure the responsiveness differences among public departments in different districts of Wuhan,it is found that in the case of the same types of questions,there are differences in the responses of different districts,while people in different districts have the same emotional tendencies.Compare the differences in responsiveness of different types of problems to help the government find out the inadequacy of responsiveness in fine decoration and demolition compared with other types of problems.The innovation of this paper is to collect the data of citizens’ messages and official replies on the Internet political platform,and to use natural language processing,Kruskal-Wallis test and other methods.The drawback is that all the questions collected are not classified.Instead,the relative differences between the 11 different categories of questions screened are analyzed.However,this innovative research method provides a reference for the data research of the network political information platform and helps to promote the further development of public administration in China.
