Tianjin has a very long history of development.She has been an important central city in northern China since the construction of the city began in the reign of Yong Le of the Ming dynasty.Tianjin has a beautiful natural landscape,rich cultural and historical resources,and a lot of snacks with regional characteristics,attracting many tourists from all over the world.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Tianjin has entered a new period of development.With the support of the government,Tianjin’s rich folk art resources have been explored and developed vigorously.Stamp patterns reflect the social,economic and cultural development of a country or a region in a specific historical era,with very important historical,cultural and artistic value.Stamp collecting has become a popular hobby among many people,and many precious stamps have been passed down.As a national intangible cultural heritage,"kite Wei" is named for its bright colors and exquisite craftsmanship,which is very characteristic of Tianjin.Therefore,by using the color characteristics of "kite Wei",such as cold and warm contrast,heavy color,halo,suitable for high-altitude flight,etc.,the special scenery,snacks and intangible cultural heritage of Tianjin are taken as the theme,and geometric elements and deconstructive design ideas are used to design stamps with Tianjin characteristics to spread her culture.At the beginning of this design,a large number of kites were collected and extracted.The colors were summed up into a set of colors from light to dark,,which were applied in the design of stamps.In the color reproduction design of "kite Wei",not only the unique color characteristics but also the color matching idea of "Deconstruction" and the methods of color gradient,transparent overlay,and color flatness are used.So that the color of the whole set of stamps not only inherits the "kite Wei",but also pays more attention to the fun of color decoration.I pay attention to the integrity of a whole set of stamps,looking for changes in the unity,which highlights the unique charm of this set of stamps.This paper discusses how to use color,contrast and geometric pattern to clearly summarize the theme elements,reasonably segment the picture,highlight the expressiveness and Modernity and express the theme accurately.In the process of stamp graphic design,with freedom,openness and spontaneity of the way of thinking,to maximize the dissemination of information load on the graphics.
