A Study Of Chinese Loanwords In Zaiwa Language From The Perspective Of Language Contact

Language is the most important communicative tool of human beings.As a carrier,the main purpose and function of language is to convey information.When people use language to communicate,language contact occurs.Language contact refers to the indirect or direct contact between people who use different languages or dialects.Loanwords are the product of language contact,and the corresponding Chinese loanwords will come into being after the contact between Zaiwa and Chinese.The Zaiwa branch mainly live in Dehong Prefecture,which is a multi-ethnic area.Zaiwa language is the language with the largest population of Jingpo people,and it coexists and shares with other ethnic languages.With the progress of The Times,The Zaiwa language has been influenced by The Chinese language,and has absorbed a large number of Chinese loanwords from The Chinese language,enriching the vocabulary system of the Zaiwa language.The study of Chinese loanwords in The Zaiwa language helps us to have a deep understanding of the history of Chinese dialects in the main settlements of The Zaiwa language,supplements the research materials of the history of Chinese pronunciation,and carves out the history of the zaiwa language.It is helpful to the study of language contact theory.Promote the differentiation of cognate words and loanwords in Chinese and Tibetan languages.Based on the three-paragraph dichotomy of language contact,we consider language contact as a dynamic process and discuss it in three stages: contact stage,acceptance stage and continuation stage.Over the whole process in the second chapter take Chinese contact to the third chapter in the impact of Chinese for carrying tile,the first stage of contact between embodied in the Chinese history,culture,economy and so on various aspects of contact,the second acceptance stage reflected in historical analytic hierarchy in each period of Chinese borrowings borrowed method and the analysis of the characteristics of the structure,The third successive stage refers to the influence of Chinese on The Zaiwa language and the future development trend of The Zaiwa language.Using the method of historical hierarchy analysis,this paper classifies Chinese loanwords in Zaiwa into three levels: modern,modern and medieval.The modern and modern Chinese loanwords mainly come from dehong Chinese dialect of southwest Mandarin.The medieval Chinese loanwords are mainly based on the medieval Chinese mimicry,36 letters and the "Cheyun" sound system.In the part of dividing historical levels and periods,this paper analyzes the definition and basis of Chinese loanwords in different periods,the ways of borrowing,the methods of identifying cognate words and loanwords,and the structure of Chinese loanwords.
