In recent years,with the vigorous development of China’s economy and society and the promulgation of the "three-child" policy,studies on education are increasingly extensive.Pre-operation stage is a key stage for children’s intellectual growth and development.Children in this stage have a strong thirst for knowledge,and it is also a key stage for knowledge reserve.As the main source of knowledge,picture books for children can help children’s wisdom development,and let children understand the world in the process of reading from a unique perspective.Children’s picture books open a new era of text and images,change the way children read,cultivate children’s interest in reading,and as a positive education method,satisfy children’s thirst for knowledge and imagination,play an important role in the growth of children.With the in-depth research and study,found that the current interactive studies of children’s picture books illustration is not much,for interactive research is more about interactive books itself,at the same time due to the traditional picture books give priority to with thesis printing,content mostly stay in two-dimensional paper,lack of interaction with readers,and readers need to master of its own content in the book,this greatly decreased The appeal of traditional children’s picture books.Therefore,this thesis will combine cognitive development theory to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the interactivity of illustrations in children’s picture books,explore the existing interaction problems of illustrations in picture books in the pre-operation stage,and design new form picture books for children that better meet the needs of children in the pre-operation stage.In combination with the psychological needs of children in the post-epidemic era,we will guide children to have a correct understanding and enhance their educational awareness of environmental protection.In terms of design practice,the new form of picture books for children is established on the basis of cognitive theory,based on the law of children’s cognitive development and reading needs,and based on the "five senses experience" and behavioral habits of target children,so as to innovate and improve the social and economic benefits of picture books.In addition,due to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19,the advent of the post-epidemic era has increased the psychological healing effect of children’s picture books and added new possibilities for the themes,reading methods and interactivity of children’s picture books.
