| In the hinterland of the plateau in the southwest of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,there is a beautiful and rich city—Ordos.In this multi-ethnic area with a long history,a group of outstanding composers are active.Influenced by the Ordos Mongolian and Han music cultures,they have created many musical works with Mongolian and Han elements.Among them,He Jicheng,a national first-class composer,has created a large number of excellent classical music works,which truly reflect the cultural characteristics of Mongolian and Han music in the Ordos area and have a high artistic level.Through a personal interview with He Jicheng and the collection and arrangement of audio data,the author selects two vocal works by He Jicheng,“Erdos Love”and “Returning to Hometown to See My Mother”,as the research objects.Taking Mongolian and Chinese music culture as the breakthrough point,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the artistic style characteristics of the two works,and expounds the singing interpretation of the two works from the use of breath and empathy in singing and the expression of emotion.The author strives to establish a solid theoretical basis for singing such works in the future through the in-depth interpretation of He Jicheng’s two vocal works,and also provide a theoretical reference for the singers who sing these two works. |
