Study On The Protection Of Immovable Revolutionary Cultural Relicsin Guiyang

Revolutionary cultural relics are the precious wealth of the party and the country which occupied an important position in the history.Carrying the glorious history of the heroic struggle of the party and the people,recording the great course and touching deeds of the Chinese revolution,The Long March of Red Army passed through Guiyang three times,leaving many revolutionary cultural relics in various cities and counties（districts）.Statistics from relevant departments show that there are many immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang,such as the Xifeng central Camp Revolutionary History Memorial Hall,the Dade School Site,and the CPC Guizhou Provincial Work Committee Memorial Hall.Among them,some are listed as national key cultural relics protection units and provincial-level cultural relics protection units,and some are listed as municipal-level cultural relics protection units and county-level cultural relics protection units.These unique immovable revolutionary cultural relics constitute the particular red cultural resources of Guiyang.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Party and the State Council have attached great importance to protect the revolutionary cultural relics.General Secretary Xi Jinping has visited the old revolutionary base area for many times and made important instructions.In this context,the author sorts out relevant documents,conducts field investigations and collects data,grooming the relevant data of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang,Combined with previous research results,59 immovable revolutionary culture relics in Guiyang were investigated and the personal considerations were put forward according to the protection and utilization situation.This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the theoretical background of the study on the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang.The second part describes the historical evolution of Guiyang City,traces the revolutionary history of Guiyang City,and sorts out and introduces the historical background of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics.The third part introduces the general overview of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang.Field investigation was conducted on the immovable revolutionary cultural relics,and the number,main types and distribution of immovable revolutionary cultural relics were counted and analyzed based on 2010 census data of revolutionary sites in Guiyang and other relevant documents.In terms of quantity,a statistical analysis of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics was carried out on the basis of census data of the revolutionary sites in Guiyang in 2010.In terms of type,the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang are divided into: important institutions,important meeting sites;influential martyrs’ deeds or cemeteries;important events and major battle sites,relics and other five types according to the "Guidelines for the Protection and Utilization of Revolutionary Sites".In terms of distribution,the distribution characteristics of immovable revolutionary cultural relics are summarized mainly by the statistics and analysis of the distribution of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in various cities and counties（districts）in Guiyang.The fourth part sorts out the development history of the relevant cultural relics management departments in Guiyang,and summarizes the main achievements made by the relevant cultural relics management departments for protecting the immovable revolutionary cultural relics.The fifth part is based on the field investigation of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang,selected two immovable revolutionary cultural relics for each protection level to analyze their existing status,and concluded the exist main problems in the protection and utilization aspects.The sixth part proposes feasible countermeasures in line based on the existing problems summarized in the fifth part,and combined with the actual situation of the protection and utilization of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang City.Promote the immovable revolutionary cultural relics to play their due role in social and economic development.The seventh part is the conclusion.The protection of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Guiyang has a certain achievements,which is a positive significance to the political,cultural and economic development.However,There are still many difficulties in the process of protection and utilization side In order to overcome these difficulties and solve the existing problems,Not only need the relevant cultural relics management departments mutual cooperation,but also that the whole residents to actively participate in.
