| With the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the improvement of its international status and the popularization of self-media,the Chinese language fever has set off a new climax in the world,and China’s foreign language business is also booming.In the teaching process,listening and speaking,as the two most important skills,deserve our attention.Based on the research status of listening and speaking class and the Performed Culture Approach,this paper takes the elementary Chinese listening and speaking class of the elementary class in the OSU Chinese Flagship Program as an example,analyzes the application of the Performed Culture Approach in elementary listening and speaking class,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for its shortcomings.The thesis is divided into five parts,as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the reasons for choosing the topic and the research significance,and sorts out the research status of the primary listening and speaking course and the research status of the Performed Culture Approach,and proposes the research object and research method.The second chapter is an overview of the Performed Culture Approach,mainly including the emergence and development of the Performed Culture Approach,ideological basis,core concepts,teaching modes and curriculum settings.The third chapter analyzes the application of the Performed Culture Approach in the primary listening and speaking class’ necessity and feasibility.The fourth chapter is analyzing cases,firstly select three typical cases from teaching practice,and then analyze the implementation process of it’s the Performed Culture Approach.The fifth chapter is teaching evaluation and suggestions.According to the specific analysis of the practical situation of teaching cases,the teaching effect is evaluated from the two aspects of the effect of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,analyze the problems and deficiencies in teaching,and put forward targeted suggestions accordingly. |
