Research On Li Xiaojiang’s Female Culture

Li Xiaojiang has made a lot of contributions to the development of Chinese women studies and so is praised as the founder of Chinese women studies.Li Xiaojiang’s research path is from literary research to cultural research,which has gone through three stages: from feminist literary criticism to women research,and then to gender research.On the basis of learning Marxist women theory and western feminist theory,Li Xiaojiang has formed her own characteristics of women theory research,that is,she insists on “localization” of women studies in China.Her academic research is forward-looking and pioneering,and has cultivated a number of scholars for Chinese women studies,such as Meng Yue,Dai Jinhua,Du Fangqin,etc,which has further promoted the study of Chinese women studies.As the founder and academic leader of Chinese women studies,Li Xiaojiang’s academic thoughts are of great academic value to Chinese women studies of culture.By sorting out Li Xiaojiang’s research path and academic achievements,the author divides this thesis into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction includes the selected topic background,academic and practical significance,the status quo of Chinese feminist literary criticism,the research status in China and foreign countries.the research status of foreign scholars on Li Xiaojiang’s female culture,research methods,innovations and deficiencies.The text is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is Li Xiaojiang’s academic background and academic achievements,which briefly introduces the relationship between Li Xiaojiang’s personal background and academic achievements,such as li Xiaojiang’s personal experiences,family origin,academic experience,academic achievements,etc.In addition,it also introduces the works published by Li Xiaojiang.The second chapter is Li Xiaojiang’s research on feminist literary criticism,which is mainly divided into two parts: domestic feminist literary criticism and foreign feminist literary criticism.Starting from the definition of female literature,the author analyzes and summarizes Li Xiaojiang’s domestic feminist literary criticism and foreign feminist literary criticism research results.The third chapter is Li Xiaojiang’s studies on women,analyzing the influence of Marxist women theory and western feminist women theory on Li Xiaojiang’s theory of women studies,and Li Xiaojiang’s achievements in women’s sociology and women’s oral history research.The fourth chapter is Li Xiaojiang’s gender studies,which mainly discusses the relationship between women studies and gender studies,as well as the discipline construction,standpoint and basic theories of gender studies.The conclusion part makes a brief summary of Li Xiaojiang’s academic research theory.This thesis,based on Li Xiaojiang’s literatures on CNKI,combines Li Xiaojiang’s major published works and other scholars’ research,combs and summarizes Li Xiaojiang’s research on female culture.It is hoped that this study can provide some references for relevant researchers and scholars to have a more understanding of Li Xiaojiang’s academic thoughts,so as to better promote the in-depth development of female culture research in China.
