Research On Chinese Cultural Activities Of Confucius Institute At Baku State University In Azerbaijian

Promoting the cultural exchange and integration between China and other countries is the purpose of Confucius Institutes,and promoting the promotion of excellent Chinese traditional culture is the meaning of the existence of Confucius Institutes.In recent years,with the growing influence of Confucius Institutes,Confucius Institutes in various regions have fully exerted their potentialities,given full play to their own superiority,and planned and carried out a variety of cultural activities based on actual conditions.All of these institutes have their own characteristics and strengths in terms of the pattern of school-running.From September 2019 to August 2020,the author worked as a volunteer Chinese teacher at the Confucius Institute of Baku National University in Azerbaijan,making use of the working advantages to collect activity information and conducting investigation and research on the organization and implementation of the cultural activities of this Confucius Institute.Then,the results are compared with the other two Confucius Institutes of Anhui University and specific improvement suggestions are put forward,which are aimed at providing reference for the cultural activities of the Confucius Institute of Anhui University and the development of other Confucius Institutes.The first chapter is the introduction part.The author gave a brief overview from the background,purpose and significance of research,research approach and the train of thought,summary of studies,etc.The summary of studies mainly includes the macro-study and micro-survey of the cultural activities of Confucius Institutes.The second chapter is an overview of the organization and development of the cultural activities of the Confucius Institute in Baku National University.Firstly,the author introduced the construction and development of the Confucius Institute in Baku National University.Secondly,the organization and development of cultural activities of Confucius Institutes were investigated at a macro level.Finally,this part analyzed the implementation(including the time,place,content and form of cultural activities)and the organization(including the publicity and promotion of cultural activities)of the cultural activities.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the effect of carrying out cultural activities.This chapter is divided into three sections,the first section is an explanation of the questionnaire,the second section is the investigation of the basic information before the activity,mainly from the perspectives of participants and organizers,the third section is the investigation on the effect evaluation after the activity,including the evaluations from Confucius Institute students,local people and organizers.The fourth chapter is a case presentation of the cultural activities.The author took the "Taste of the Winter Solstice" organized by the Confucius Institute in Baku National University as an example to show the process of the activity,and conducted case analysis in terms of time,place,content,form,publicity,and promotion.The fifth chapter is a comparative analysis of cultural activities.The author collected one cultural activity of two other Confucius Institutes in Anhui University to show the process of the activity,and compared it with the cultural activity of Baku National University,and then analyzed it from three perspectives: before,during and after the activity.The sixth chapter is the suggestions for the organization and development of cultural activities of Confucius Institutes.Based on the investigation and research,the paper put forward feasible suggestions from four aspects: organizer,time and place,content and form,publicity and promotion.
