Zibo Fish Plate "Fish" Image Symbol Tracing And Animation Application

As a century old porcelain capital,Zibo is the birthplace of Qi culture.As a ceramic work in Zibo area,Zibo fish plate was once popular in the cultural context of its high-yield era.As a symbol phenomenon,the image of "fish" in Zibo fish plate carries a perfect meaning and complements its use value.It is loved and sought after by local residents and local restaurants.In recent years,with the rise of new media cultural and creative industries,the exposure rate of Zibo fish plate is also increasing.Previous studies focused on the analysis of the pattern of Zibo fish plate aesthetics and the statement of its historical evolution,or the ramble of its folk significance.The author believes that the study of Zibo fish plate can also rely on Semiotics to build a bridge for the study of its history,folk customs and patterns.Based on the paradigm of semiotics,this paper traces the development of Zibo fish plate "fish" image symbols in the fish culture.This paradigm is guided by Morris’s semiotic relations,namely,three dimensions of semantics,pragmatics and iconography.From the perspective of history,humanities and aesthetics,this paper reflects on the symbolic phenomenon of fish culture,and explores the past and present life of the "fish" image symbol of Zibo fish plate in the process of research.The author made the animation short film of "Zibo fish plate" and applied the research content to the short film design.Among them,the interpretation of the historical evolution of fish culture divides the research scope for the possible significance of Zibo fish plate;the tracing of the fish culture of Zibo fish plate provides the realistic basis for the story design and the design of the sub mirror of the short film,and the interpretation of the story is carried out on the basis of conforming to the realistic law,so as to make the story play its imagination on the basis of reality,increase the interest and protect the audience at the same time This paper summarizes the "one sidedness" of Zibo fish plate compared with other fish plates,enriches the lens language of "Zibo fish plate" sub lens design,and provides inspiration for the character design and the artistic style of "simple color and round shape" of "Zibo fish plate".Based on the three dimensions of Morris’s Semiotics,this paper analyzes the cultural symbols of fish culture and traces back to Zibo fish plate.The author hopes to provide a new perspective for the research of Zibo fish plate.In addition,it provides ideas for Morris to analyze specific cultural symbols with the three-dimensional theory of form,meaning and function.
