| Objective:Based on the research that illustration can improve deaf students’ reading ability.This paper uses a combination of illustration and text to prepare a deaf students’ questionnaire consisted of 5 sub-scales which were depression,anxiety,obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,and hostility and achieve the early discovery of mental symptom in deaf students’ so that to take the effective intervention measures for the purpose of their healthy growth.Methods:(1)Related literature had been extensively reviewed and abroad already had been consulted,5 sub-scales are confirmed,there are: depression questionnaire,anxiety questionnaire,compulsory questionnaire,interpersonal sensitivity questionnaire,and hostility questionnaire.(2)Screening evaluation items through pre-experiment.74 deaf students were recruited in the study to uesd the correlation analysis.Items reserved formed the hearing-impaired student mental health scale with the text.33 deaf students were recruited in the study to take the Sentence illustration matching questionnaires.Items reserved formed mental health scale with the picture and text.95 deaf students were recuited in the study to take the Depression questionnaire and the SCL-90 scale.Then,the reliability and validity of the questionnarie were also tested.(3)Selected 95 cases of deaf students students,then ask them take the mental health questionnaire,then compare the differences of gender,grade.Results:(1)20 items were retained.The internal consistency reliability of the depression questionnaire was 0.81;the retest reliability was 0.87;,and the coefficient of correlation with SCL-90 is 0.67(p <0.01,N=24).(2)20 items were retained.The internal consistency reliability of the depression questionnaire was 0.82;the retest reliability was 0.86;and the coefficient of correlation with SCL-90 is 0.69(p <0.01,N=24).(3)19 items were retained.The internal consistency reliability of the depression questionnaire was 0.76;the retest reliability was 0.83;and the coefficient of correlation with SCL-90 is 0.62(p <0.01,N=24).(4)25 items were retained.The internal consistency reliability of the depression questionnaire was 0.89;the retest reliability was 0.86;and the coefficient of correlation with SCL-90 is 0.60(p <0.01,N=24).(5)18 items were retained.The internal consistency reliability of the depression questionnaire was 0.80;the retest reliability was 0.85;and the coefficient of correlation with SCL-90 is 0.53(p <0.01,N=24).(6)Reference value of metal problems of hearing-impaired students were respectively depression(14),anxiety(14),compulsory(14),interpersonal sensitivity(18),hostility(15).The check rate of mental health problem of hearing-impaired students were respectively depression(32.55%),anxiety(30.23%),compulsory(22.09%),interpersonal sensitivity(19.76%),hostility(18.60%).On the anxiety factors,the male students were signicicantly higher than the female students.On the hostility sensitivity factors,the high school deaf students were signicicantly higher than the junior high school students.Conclusions: The questionnaire is reliable,valid. |
