A Clinical Study On The Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine For Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining,we investigated acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine in the modern literature for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Based on this,the therapeutic effects and safety of peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients were analyzed and studied by combining methods of regulating spleen and stomach acupuncture with methods of regulating and lowering blood glucose.METHODS: Regarding literature research: The internet is used to search literature in my country’s national database.This literature search uses many databases.It also uses the Chinese herbal medicine succession aid platform to perform frequency and correlation rule analysis of documents that meet inclusion and exclusion criteria to summarize the rules of acupuncture and herbal medicine treatment.Clinical aspects: 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into 4 groups,three as observed and one as control,they all have 30 patients.In order to the main treatment in 4 groups,the control group used traditional treatment measures,1 observation group received treatment measures with spleen and gastric acupuncture in combination with Zhong Jiantang Fang prescription regulation.The treatment measures of observation group 2 was regulated with spleen and gastric acupuncture,and Zhong Jiantang Fang.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of different groups of patients was evaluated.Before and after treatment,the patients were assessed by MCV,SCV,TCSS,and overall efficacy.efficiency.result:1.Based on modern literature research and analysis results(1)General information(1)Medicine: A total of 764 prescriptions were retrieved,containing a total of 225 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication was 8283.(2)Acupoints: A total of 138 prescriptions were retrieved,including 61 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1093.(2)Frequency analysis:1.Drug Frequency Analysis: Contains a total of 225 traditional herbal medicines.Among them,the top 10 most frequently used are astragalus,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Caulis spatholobi,peach grain and safflower.In addition,Angelica,red peony roots,salvia,gi branches and earth dragons.2.Analysis of drug return frequency: The top 20 most frequent Chinese herbs contain a total of 10 meridians,mainly the spleen and liver meridians,followed by the cardiac meridians.3.Analysis of the frequency of administration of four qi and five flavored drugs: four qi of the 20 most common drugs are mostly warm,cold and flat.The five flavors are mostly bitter,then spicy and sweet.4.Frequency analysis of drug efficacy classification: The top 20 drugs that appear frequently are classified according to their efficacy,with blood circulation and congestion occurring most frequently,followed by tonics.(2)Frequency analysis of cusps1.Frequency analysis of acpoints: A total of 61 acpoints are involved,of which Zusanli,Kuchi,Heg,Guan Yuan and San Injiao are ranked in the top 10 in terms of frequency of use.Also,Yanlinkan,Taisie,Shenshu,Pish,Eish.2.Frequency analysis of specific cusps: A total of 45 specific cusps were involved in the examination,and the top 5 specific top 5 acupoint compatibility correlations are: Xuehai => Zusanli;Pishu and Yishu => Zusanli;Yishu => Zusanli;Hegu and Sanyinjiao and Quchi => Zusanli;Hegu,Yanglingquan and Quchi => Zusanli;2.Clinical research analysis results(1)General information: The number of patients actually observed was 108,of which 28 were in the observation group and the control group,respectively,and basic information such as medical history,gender,and age of the patients in the 4 groups was statistically obtained.It was analyzed and statistical results were obtained.Among the four groups showed no difference in basic information for these patients(P>0.05).(2)From the viewpoint of clinical effect: The difference among the four groups showed significant significance(P <0.05).The total clinical efficacy rate of the control group was71.4%,observation group 1 was 89.3%,observation group 2 was 85.7%,and observation group 3 was 82.1%.Among the four groups showed significant difference(P <0.05),and the observation group 1,and the observation group 1 had a better therapeutic effect on DPN than the control group.(3)Nerve conduction velocity: Prior to patient treatment,Among the four groups showed no difference in nerve conduction velocity(P> 0.05).After treatment,we compared the data among four groups of patients.The increase in the rate of nerve conduction in the first observation group exceeded the observation group 2 and the observation group 3,both exceeding the speed of the control group.P <0.05).(4)TCSS scores: Among the four groups showed no difference in TCSS scores(P>0.05).After the patient was treated,the decrease in TCSS score in observation group 1 was better than in observation group 2 and observation group 3,both better than in control group.It was significant(P <0.05).(5)Regarding blood glucose level: Among the four groups showed no difference in FPG and 2h PG(P> 0.05).After the patient was treated,the reduction in FPG and 2h PG in observation group 1 was better than in observation group 2 and observation group 3,and both were better than in control group.It was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture in the treatment of DPN is mainly based on regulation of the spleen and stomach,promotion of blood circulation,and dredging of collateral circulation.The rule for choosing points for acupuncture is mainly to take the complete bladder and Yangming meridians and supplement the spleen meridians.Specific cusps,especially martial arts and Natsukawa points,are selected as specific cusps.Cusp selection is primarily focused on the distal ends of the extremities.(2)Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DPN is mainly based on activating blood to remove congestion and replenishing the spleen and stomach.The meridian of the drug is mainly based on the channels of the spleen and liver and is complemented by the channels of the heart.(3)This study further confirmed that the instructor proposed "abnormal movement of the spleen and stomach,sputum and stasis,collateral circulation and stasis" as the basic cause of DPN..."Regulates the spleen and stomach,eliminates sputum and congestion,and harmonizes qi and blood." This is the basic method for treating DPN.(4)The "Regulating Spleen and Stomach Acupuncture Method" combined with the "Tiaozhong Jiangtang Decoction" has a great clinical effect on the treatment of DPN patients,exerts a high clinical effect,and the patient’s nerve conduction velocity,blood glucose level,and daily life,And the influence it is better than the other one.And safe and reliable.
