Clinical Observation Of Modified Prescription Of Jingui Shenqi Pill In The Treatment Of Senile Patients With Post-stroke Depression

Objective:The clinical effect of Modified Prescription of Jingui Shenqi Pill combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride in the treatment of senile patients with post-stroke depression of deficiency of Kidney Yang was observed and evaluated,which provided a new way for the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease.And compared with the patients who only used Sertraline Hydrochloride,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine were highlighted.Methods:70 patients with post-stroke depression with deficiency of Kidney Yang were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with Sertraline Hydrochloride by oral western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Modified Prescription of Jingui Shenqi Pill(granule)on the basis of Sertraline Hydrochloride for8 weeks.Hamilton depression scale was used before and at the 8th weekend of treatment.The patients in the two groups were evaluated by HAMD-24,NIHSS,Barthel Index(BI),TCM syndrome score,and the data of the scale were analyzed statistically to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups and compare the difference of efficacy;the adverse reactions were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:1.In the clinical efficacy of depression,the effective rate of the experimental group(87.50%)was higher than that of the control group(71.89%),with statistical difference(P<0.05);2.In the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the effective rate of the experimental group(84.38%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(40.63%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.In the incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(12.50%)was lower than that in the control group(37.50%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the tutor’s clinical experience in the treatment of senile patients with post-stroke depression,the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression in elderly is based on deficiency of kidney yang,with blood stasis,phlegm and qi stagnation as the standard;in this study,the Modified Prescription of Jingui Shenqi Pill is selected,with warming and tonifying kidney yang as the treatment method,and with regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,the treatment of elderly post-stroke depression with deficiency of Kidney Yang has achieved satisfactory clinical effect;based on the routine treatment of stroke,the treatment of depression with the Modified Prescription of Jingui Shenqi Pill and sertraline hydrochloride,the symptoms of depression,neurological function and self-care ability after stroke were further improved.2.Compared with sertraline hydrochloride alone,the Modified Prescription of Jingui Shenqi Pill Combined with sertraline hydrochloride can not only increase the curative effect on depression and stroke,but also improve the symptoms of kidney yang deficiency,such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold extremities,frequent nocturia,pale complexion,loose stool and edema of lower limbs,it can also reduce the adverse reactions brought by sertraline,enhance the curative effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
