Yam polysaccharide is one of the important bioactive components in Yam,and its main biological activities include antioxidant,immune regulation,liver protection,hypoglycemic,gastrointestinal health regulation and other functions.Trace element Copper also plays an important role in the healthy growth of animals.Therefore,this study was conducted to investigate the effects of copper complex of crude polysaccharide of Yam on growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activities and morphological structure of 817 broilers,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Copper complex of crude polysaccharide of Yam in 817 broilers.Test to select 360 similar weight,only in good health of the age of 1,817 chickens as experimental animals,will be randomly divided into 4 groups,set up a control group(feeding based diet)and 3 patients(in the basic diet adding 0.002%,0.01% and 0.05%respectively in the yam polysaccharide copper complex),each group of three repeat,repeat every30 chickens,The feeding experiment was divided into two stages(1-28 days,29-48 days),cage management and free diet.The test results are as follows:1.Effects of copper complex of crude polysaccharide from yam on growth performance,slaughter performance and expression of liver growth gene IGF-Ⅰ in 817 broilers: Compared with the control group,adding a certain amount of copper complex can increase the body weight of 817 broilers at 28 d and 48d(P<0.05).From 1 to 28 days,the average daily feed intake and daily gain of 0.002%,0.01% and 0.05% groups were significantly increased compared with the control group(P< 0.05).From 29 to 48 days,the average daily feed intake of 0.002%,0.01% and 0.05%groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P< 0.05)..The average daily gain of0.01% group was significantly higher than that of control group(P< 0.05);The half-eviscerated rate,eviscerated rate and m RNA expression level of IGF-Ⅰ in liver tissue in group 0.01% were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to meat was decreased(P<0.05).The results showed that adding proper amount of copper complex(0.01%)in the diet could improve the growth performance of 817 broilers.2.Effects of copper complex of crude polysaccharide from yam on digestive enzyme activities of 817 broilers: Compared with the control group,the amylase activity in duodenum and jejunum of small intestine of 817 broilers in group 0.01% could be increased at 28 d and 48 d(P<0.05),0.002%,0.01% and 0.05% group could increase trypsin activity in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of 817 broilers on 28 d(P<0.05),the trypsin activity in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of 817 broilers in 0.01% group was increased on 48 d(P<0.05),and the lipase activity in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of 817 broilers in 0.01% group was decreased on 28 d and 48 d(P<0.05).The effect of 0.01% group was the most significant.3.Effects of copper complex of crude polysaccharide of yam on small intestine morphology of 817 broilers: The villus height of duodenum and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of 817 broilers at 28 d and 48 d in 0.002% and 0.01% groups were increased(P<0.05),the villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of jejunum of 817 broilers at 28 d in0.002%,0.01% and 0.05% groups were increased(P<0.05),the villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of jejunum of 817 broilers in group 0.01% could be increased after 48 days(P<0.05),the villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of ileum of 817 broilers in0.01% and 0.05% groups were increased on 28 d and 48 d(P<0.05),and the crypt depth of duodenum and jejunum of 817 broilers in 0.002%,0.01% and 0.05% groups was decreased on 28 d and 48 d(P<0.05).The effect of 0.01% group was the most significant.
