China is ranked first in the world for fresh grape cultivation area and production.As an efficient variety in the grape industry,the planting area of Shine-Muscat has increased year by year.However,due to complex management measures,strict technical requirements and low efficiency of production process,these prominent problems seriously restrict the improvement of the level of Shine-Muscat grape production management.How to make it digitalize and standardize of Shine-Muscat to help planting managers accurately grasp the key nodes,improve management level and labor productivity,making the Shine-Muscat high and stable yield,low consumption and high efficiency,which was an urgent problem to be solved in the development of Shine-Muscat grape industry.Therefore,the research on digital management of Shine-Muscat grape in the process of production was carried out.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Research on phenological prediction model of Shine-Muscat grape based on main environmental factorsAiming at the problem that it was difficult to accurately determine the phenological period of Shine-Muscat,the effects of different environmental factors on the phenological period of Shine-Muscat grape were explored.The significance tests of environmental factors includingeffective accumulated temperature,illumination,air humidity and soil temperature on grape phenological period were performed.The results showed that grape phenological period had a high positive correlation with effective accumulated temperature and soil temperature.Compared with the multiple linear regression model based on effective accumulated temperature,illumination,soil temperature and other environmental factors as independent variables,the results of the logistic model(R~2=0.976)based on effective accumulated temperature as independent variable is much better than the multiple linear regression model(R~2=0.541).The logistic model based on effective accumulated temperature as the independent variable can accurately predict the grape phenology(germination,flowering and fruit development),and will provide technical support for the digital management of grape production.(2)Research on precision irrigation decision model of Shine-Muscat grape based on water balanceIn order to realize precision irrigation,the study of precision irrigation decision-making model based on water balance was performed,according to the water demand law of different development stages.The water balance model was constructed based on the main root water absorption layer(60cm soil layer)as the planned wetting depth of the soil.The soil water content data obtained by the soil moisture monitoring system of the vineyard was used as the input item.At the same time,the crop coefficient is modified based on the meteorological factors as the parameters.And combined with the weather forecast data,it can be decided whether irrigation was needed and the amount of irrigation.which can provide support for the precision irrigation decision of Shine-Muscat planting.(3)Establish the digital management system of Shine-Muscat grape in the process of productionIn view of the extensive planting management in the production process of Shine-Muscat grape,the important indexes of Shine-Muscat grape during the whole growth cycle will be managed digitally.The production process of Shine-Muscat was divided into planting period,growth period and harvest period.The digital model of production process of Shine-Muscat grape in different growth periods was constructed by matrix.The planting model and operation model of production management were established on the basis of judgment from the matrix,and the digital model of full cycle production management was established based on the rule of matrix multiplication was as corresponding element multiplication.Realize the digitization management of Shine-Muscat grape in the process production and provide support on standardized planting management.(4)Realization of Shine-Muscat grape production digital systemBased on the analysis of the demands from users of Shine-Muscat grape production digitization,system function and system performance,and combining with the Shine-Muscat phenology prediction model and production process digitization model,the Shine-Muscat phenology prediction,production process digitization and irrigation automation decision-making system were designed and developed.The system integrates the functions of data storage,data cleaning,data preprocessing and data analysis,realizes the digital control of the production process of Shine-Muscat,provides accurate decision-making services for grape production practitioners,and helps to realize the digital and accurate management of the production process of Shine-Muscat.
