In this study,the sweet potato variety ’Longshu No.9’ was used as the test material to study the storage and fresh-keeping technology of its commercial potatoes and the preservation and bud-suppression storage technology of seed potatoes at room temperature.Commercial potato storage and preservation technology mainly explored the effects of two fruit and vegetable preservatives 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)and salicylic acid(SA)on the storage and preservation of sweet potato commercial potato,respectively,and studied the concentration of suitable preservatives.And the storage effect after compounding treatment(mixing of two preservatives);the antiseptic and bud inhibition research of seed potato explored the main fungicides fludioxonil,carbendazim,thiop Hanate-methyl,prochloraz and salicylic acid The effect on the preservation effect of seed potato antiseptic and bud suppression.This study separates the storage techniques of commercial potatoes and seed potatoes,hoping to obtain effective treatment agents and concentrations that reduce the decay rate and quality degradation of sweet potatoes during storage at room temperature,thereby reducing the economic losses caused by improper storage.Provide technical reference for storage.The main resμLts of the study are as follows:(1)In the research on the storage preservatives and concentration screening of commercial potato,it was found that 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)and salicylic acid(SA)were kept fresh The agent can effectively improve the storage and fresh-keeping effect of sweet potatoes,and the soaking treatment of the plant ash suspension can not improve the storage and fresh-keeping effect of sweet potatoes.This part of the research shows that after treatment with 1-MCP and SA preservatives,the rot rate of sweet potatoes is reduced by 20%-25%;at the same time,1-MCP and SA can delay the decline of the main qualities of sugar,starch,protein and other sweet potatoes in the later period of storage To increase the activity of the main antioxidant enzymes during storage and reduce the browning degree of potato pieces in the later storage period;1-MCP concentration of 1 μL / L and SA concentration of 0.1 g / L are better than other concentrations.(2)In commercial potato storage preservatives and compounding studies,it was found that the use of 1-MCP and SA and the combination of both can improve the storage and preservation effect of sweet potatoes,and the effect of using grass and ash bag in the storage box It is better than the storage effect of the preservatives treated separately and compounded.Compared with the untreated stored sweet potato,the rot rate of the stored sweet potato was reduced by 52%-36%after using the preservatives.The best effect was 1-MCP + grass ash bag and SA + grass ash bag.The rate is only 24%.1-MCP and SA preservatives can reduce the weight loss rate of sweet potatoes during storage,slow down the decline of the main qualities of sugar,starch,VC,etc.,and increase the enzyme activity and antioxidant activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD,CAT,APX and PAL during storage.The contents of total p Henols,flavonoids and carotenoids reduce the MDA content and PPO enzyme activity during storage of sweet potatoes,reduce the browning degree of potato pieces,and improve the storage and preservation effect of stored sweet potatoes.(3)The research results of seed potato antiseptic storage technology show that all five fungicides can reduce the rotten potato rate and weightlessness rate during the storage of seed potato,but the fungicide will also affect the viability of sweet potato seed potato buds.Mycelium and thiophanate-methyl inhibit the germination rate of seed potatoes,thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim have an inhibitory effect on the number of germination,fludioxonil,prochloraz,and thiophanate-methyl will affect the elongation of bud Fresh amine and thiophanate-methyl will affect the bud thickness;SA treatment can significantly reduce the rotten potato rate and weight loss rate of seed tubers,and at the same time has no effect on the seed bud vigor and bud growth.(4)Through economic cost-benefit analysis,different storages have different cost-benefits.When using small and self-use storages,due to the small storage capacity and high storage power costs,reagent storage should be used to obtain better economic benefits;When using large and medium-sized storage,due to the large storage volume,the cost of reagent storage loss is high,and cold storage should be used to obtain better economic benefits.
