| Italian ryegrass is in plant extracts and has good prospects for forage,To explore efficient Italian ryegrass silage processing technology,experiment with flowering period Italian ryegrass as material,moisture content and lactic acid bacteria silage quality and the effect of additives on the Italian ryegrass to explore the suitable water content of lolium multiflorum silage and adding quantity,lactic acid bacteria for the production of high quality silage of Italian ryegrass to provide theoretical basis.Test set with different moisture content(wilting and not wilting)and add lactic acid bacteria,lactic acid bacteria amount 2 × 105 cfu/g(fresh weight),respectively,the determination of 0,1,7,15,30,60 d microorganism content and nutritional quality,and study the silage water content was 69%after 60 d add lactobacillus bacteria diversity in lolium multiflorum and metabolomics.The results show that:1.For Italian ryegrass,silage with water content of 81%without adding lactobacillus can not succeed.Silage with good quality can be obtained after adding Lactobacillus.Silage with water content of 81%without adding lactobacillus can be obtained with good quality.Silage with wilting to 69%water content+adding Lactobacillus 2×105 cfu/g(calculated by fresh weight)can be obtained with better quality.2.The abundance of proteobacteria and firmicutes could be decreased by adding lactic acid bacteria to the diversity of bacteria.Lactobacillus and wiesiella were the main dominant bacteria groups after lactobacillus was added,which could reduce the abundance of enterobacteria and bacillus,inhibit the reproduction of harmful microorganisms,and improve the quality of silage fermentation.3.The moisture content of 69%Italian ryegrass metabonomics analysis,by GCMS to add lactic acid bacteria silage,Italian ryegrass showed that lactic acid bacteria can increase the serine is added in the silage,phenylalanine and adenine metabolic levels associated with protein content and L-sorbose,arabinose,D galactose(+)and rhamnose sugar metabolism matter content.According to the results of this experiment,the wilting of ryegrass before silage can make the silage with water content of 69%more successful.When the water content of ryegrass was about 69%,lactobacillus could improve the fermentation quality of silage,reduce pH,ammonia nitrogen content and increase crude protein content,and reduce the abundance of proteobacteria and increase lactobacillus and weichenella microorganisms.It can also increase the content of metabolites related to crude protein and carbohydrate. |
