Reasons for garlic planting pattern requirements in Xinjiang of China,the current garlic planting in this area is mainly artificial,which has high cost and low efficiency.Mechanized upright seeding can effectively improve efficiency and reduce costs.However,the domestic 2BU-7 garlic vertical precision planter cannot reach the expected seeding index of the machine when it is operating in Xinjiang.Based on the study of the physical and mechanical properties of Jimusaer white skin and Ili purple skin garlic,this paper optimizes the key components of the spoon chain seeding device,the scale bud direction control device,and the vertical planting device to provide mechanical equipment for garlic seeding operations to meet the requirements of the field Planting requirements.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Taking Xinjiang Jimusaer white skin and Yili purple skin garlic varieties as the research objects,the effects of external dimensions,scale bud length,friction and crushing force on the seeding performance of garlic planters were studied.The research results show that there are differences in the physical and mechanical properties of different varieties;when optimizing the structure of the seed scoop,the shape parameters are based on the length,width,and thickness of the garlic as the reference standard[1.2(length,width,and thickness)];garlic is classified according to the size before sowing.The appropriate level difference is 2 mm,which can ensure a higher single-grain rate;friction has a significant impact on the transportation of garlic seeds.The maximum friction angle between Jimusaer white and Ili purple garlic and(plexiglass)acrylic is 29.12° in sequence,26.65°,the maximum friction angle with 201 stainless steel is 31.31°,28.52°,when the inclination angle is greater than the maximum friction angle,the garlic seeds are guaranteed to fall off.(2)Optimize the garlic species by using the theory of imitation shape,the theory of centrifugal force and the theory of center of gravity.The research results show that:according to the shape and structure of the garlic seeds,the so ftware is used to carry out 3D modeling of the seed picking spoon.The parameters are integers.Length A is 35mm,width B is 19mm,and height C is 22mm;Separate from the seed picking spoon,the faster the speed,the lower the seed picking efficiency;the length of garlic seed scale buds has a significant impact on the direction control of the scale buds.The longer the scale buds,the higher the garlic seed bud rate.The duckbill inoculation bucket is optimized,To ensure that the scale buds of garlic seeds are upward;the position of the garlic seeds’ center of gravity has a significant effect on the torque when the garlic seeds turn over.The lower the center of gravity,the better the control effect of scale buds.(3)Optimize key components,establish three-dimensional models,and manufacture key component samples.According to the results of the preliminary investigation and field experiment,the machine advancement speed and scale bud length are selected as the test factors,and the cavity rate,rebroadcast rate and normal bud rate are used as the experimental indicators for single factor test.The test variety selects the grade 29~31mm Jimusal White Kind of garlic.The research results show that when the speed of the whole machine is 2km/h,the cavitation rate is 3.8%,and the reseeding rate is 4.6%;when the scale bud length exceeds 5mm,the normal bud rate is greater than 90.7%;the whole machine field test normal bud rate is 87.2%,The cavity rate is 6.7%and the replay rate is 6.9%.
