| The experiment was carried out in the peanut experiment field of agricultural experiment station of Shandong Agricultural University in 2020,and this area is of the temperate continental climate.The experiment field is a multi-year continuous cropping peanut plot with the continuous cropping length of 7 years,and the peanut variety 604L-3 was selected as experimental materials.The treatment method of green manure turnover of wheat(GT),green manure turnover of wheat and anti-continuous cropping microbial agent(GTAM)and green manure turnover of wheat combined with bioorganic fertilizer(GTBF)were used with the regular planting of spring peanut as the control(CK).This paper aims to study the impact of green manure turnover of wheat and the integrated measures of its combination with anti-continuous cropping microbial agent and bioorganic fertilizer on physical and chemical properties,physiological characteristics and yield of continuous cropping peanut soils.The main findings are as follows:1 Effects of GT and Biological Bacterial Fertilizer on Physical and Chemical Properties of Continuous Cropping Peanut SoilsThe three treatments methods of GT,GTAM and GTBF reduced the continuous cropping peanut soil bulk density,increased the soil porosity and the proportion of large masses and improved the physical features of the soil and optimized the structure to a certain extent compared with CK in a 0-20 cm deep soil layer could reduce;at the same time,these methods increases the activity of sucrase and urease of continuous cropping peanut soil in the pod-pin stage,pod bearing stage,fruiting stage and harvest stage,increasing soil organic matter content,nutrient conversion and utilization,as well as total nitrogen,available phosphorus and total organic carbon content in peanut soil.So,they are able to promote the crop absorption and utilization of available nitrogen and phosphorous in soil.Among the three treatment methods,the GTBF treatment method led to the best effect in reducing soil bulk density,improving the soil enzyme activity and increasing the soil nutrient content.2 Effects of GT and Biological Bacterial Fertilizer on Physiological Characteristics of PeanutsGT,GTAM and GTBF could lead to a significant increase in the content of chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of peanut leaves,a decrease in the intercellular CO2concentration of peanut leaves,and improved nitrogenase activity of highly effective rhizobium.GTBF feature d the best effect in increasing the content of chlorophyll of peanut plants,efficiency of solar energy utilization and nitrogenase activity of highly effective rhizobium.3 Effect of GT and Biological Bacterial Fertilizer on the Yield of PeanutsCompared with CK,GT,GTAM and GTBF could significantly improve the yield of peanut pods and seeds.The yield increase is mainly caused by improving the fruiting efficiency and kernel rate of a single plant.With the comparison among all three treatment methods,GTBF led to the best effect in yield increase. |
