At present,in the field of food safety,there are few studies on the detection of veterinary drug residues in edible animal blood products,so the quality and safety issues cannot be ignored.In this paper,based on Qu ECh ERS method and solid phase extraction method,combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry,the method for the analysis and detection of commonly used veterinary drugs in edible animal blood products were established in the study.At the same time,this article systematically verifies and evaluates the established method.The work in this article has been strongly supported by Qinhuangdao Customs Technical Center.The main research contents are as follows:1.A simple and accurate method for the analysis and detection of 39 kinds of antibiotic veterinary drugs in edible animal blood products was established.The chromatography-mass spectrometry conditions were optimized,the optimum extraction conditions were screened,and the optimal reagent ratio in Qu ECh ERS method was discussed.2.An analysis method was established for the determination of 5 benzimidazoles in edible animal blood products based on Oasis Prime HLB spe column purification technology and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The recovery rate,detection limit and precision all met the requirements of veterinary drug detection.3.Based on Oasis HLB spe technology,a simple and accurate method for the analysis and detection of nifursol metabolites in edible animal blood products was established.The conditions of hydrolysis and derivation were determined,the purification conditions of spe were optimized,and the best elution and elution conditions were determined.
