| In order to screen out cultivation management methods suitable for light greenhouse production, and to achieve low-cost production goals, this experiment used the main local variety "Italian lettuce" as the test material, and carried out the effects of different cultivation methods on the growth and quality of lettuce.,And experiments with different substrate ratios and irrigation volumes on lettuce growth, quality and economic benefits, the results show that:1.Soilless cultivation method can significantly improve the yield and quality of lettuce.Compared with soil-cultivated lettuce, hydroponic lettuce yield could be increased by 1.6 times, and substrate-cultivated lettuce yield could be increased by 67.4%.The average daily increment of the leaf number of the substrate cultured lettuce could be increased by 50% compared with the other two cultivation methods; At the same time,it was confirmed that substrate cultivation can effectively reduce the nitrate content of lettuce, increase the VC content, water content of lettuce and the comprehensive quality of lettuce.2.Adding 10% decomposed sheep dung to the substrate, combined with 0.3L/plant/d irrigation management mode was more suitable for trough cultivation in solar greenhouse.Under the condition of consistent irrigation, lettuce substrate with 10% decomposed sheep manure had the highest chlorophyll content;lettuce with 10% decomposed sheep manure substrate had the best overall quality under high irrigation level, and lettuce had a pure VC content seedling substrate lettuce increased by 26.7%,which was58.3% higher than that of lettuce supplemented with 20% decomposed sheep manure.Adding 10% decomposed sheep dung to the seedling substrate combined with 0.3L/plant/d irrigation could save 9.1%water,and the highest production-investment ratio was 3.27.The cost of pure seedling substrate used in lettuce cultivation in the experiment was 91% of the total production cost. The partial application of organic fertilizer could greatly reduce the production cost.Studies had shown that every 10% increase in the amount of organic fertilizer can save 9.4% of the substrate cost.In short, the experiment believed that soilless cultivation could effectively improve the yield and quality of lettuce in the greenhouse.Closed substrate cultivation could further improve the water and fertilizer utilization efficiency of lettuce. The root environment was stable and the operating cost was low,but the substrate cost was high, and the addition of organic fertilizer could be effective.Reducing the cost of substrates, combined with certain water and fertilizer management, can produce better products, which can become a scientific and efficient production mode suitable for solar greenhouse production. |
