Due to the special chemical properties,wine is easy to be affected by the storage environment.As the main place for storage and wine making,the internal environmental parameters of wine cellar will directly influence its quality.At present,the measurement and control methods of wine cellar environmental parameters are low in precision,efficiency and simple in control mode,which cannot fully meet the requirements of high-quality wine storage and brewing.Therefore,it is necessary to design an automatic and intelligent cellar environment parameter control device to meet the requirements.In this thesis,the temperature,humidity and illuminance inside the wine cellar were used as measurement and control objects,and a high-precision and low-cost wine cellar environmental parameter measurement and control system was designed.The system was composed of three parts: environment parameter measurement and control terminal,remote terminal and external execution equipment.By automatically collecting the dynamic data of temperature,humidity and illumination and making dynamic decisions,the system could intelligently control the change trend of environment parameters,so that the internal environment could be maintained in a low fluctuation state for a long time.The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)The control method which were suitable for the temperature,humidity and illumination change characteristics of wine cellar was designed: the temperature and humidity change process of wine cellar is nonlinear,time-varying,large inertia and hysteresis.The BP neural network fuzzy PID double cascade adjustment method of temperature and humidity was designed and adopted,which used BP neural network to predict the value at the next time,and compared them with the control target value.The accuracy of data prediction and the accuracy of fuzzy PID control were tested for the use of fuzzy PID controller with different control speed and accuracy.The results showed that the neural network prediction model had high prediction accuracy,and the fuzzy PID controller had high control accuracy and small overshoot.At the same time,the method of turning off the corresponding number of lights was designed to control the illumination in the wine cellar.(2)Developed a measurement and control system for the environmental parameters of the wine cellar according to the control objects and measurement and control requirements.The STM32 MCU was selected as the core of the system,and the environment data was collected by the temperature and humidity sensor and light intensity sensor.The environmental data was transmitted to the remote data terminal developed on the Lab VIEW software through Wi-Fi,which displayed,recorded,stored and calculated.By establishing the physical operating environment,the measurement and control effects of the wine cellar environmental parameters measurement and control system were tested.The test results showed the system parameters were measured accurately.The control methods designed according to the different characteristics of temperature,humidity and illumination could control the environmental parameters according to the set target value control equipment,and the remote end interface could display the environmental values in real time.In a word,the system ran stably and reliably,met the design requirements,and could be widely applied.
