As an important part of smart grid,demand side response plays an irreplaceable role in reducing the peak-valley difference of the system.Air conditioning load is a kind of rich resources.In the peak period of summer electricity consumption,air conditioning load occupies a large proportion.The air conditioning load dispatching mode is flexible,the response speed is fast,and the adjustable potential is huge.By taking some control technologies to make full use of the huge resource potential brought by the air conditioning load,the power shortage in the peak period can be relieved to a great extent.Demand response has become an important choice to improve the reliability and efficiency of power system.How to adjust the peak and make a reasonable scheduling plan from the perspective of demand response is of great significance.The equivalent thermal param eter model of air conditioning load is established on the basis of fully considering the operating characteristics of air conditioning system.On the basis of considering the applicable scenarios of load control mode,direct start-stop control method is adopted for the air conditioning objects studied in this paper,and based on their active aggregation characteristics,an air conditioning load cluster aggregation model based on near neighbor propagation(AP)algorithm is proposed to realize the effective classification and aggregation of distributed air conditioning loads.Based on the evaluation criteria of human comfort,a human comfort model,including thermal comfort(TSV)and temperature-humidity index(THI),was established with comprehensive consider ation of temperature and humidity.The influence of comfort index on air conditioning load scheduling time and capacity was analyzed,and its scheduling potential model was established.The degree of influence of comfort index on air-conditioning load scheduling potential is compared under different scales.A two-layer peak-clipping model was established,including the grid side peak-clipping model considering the credibility of load aggregators and the load-side peakclipping model considering the load uncertainty response,which was based on the load load response of air-conditioning and energy storage equipment.In order to minimize the peak cutting cost of power grid and maximize the profit of load aggregators,a peak cutting method based on the response of air conditioning load is proposed and compared with the traditional peak cutting method.Based on the evaluation index of human comfort,an effective peak-clipping strategy was proposed,and the optimal scheduling methods were analyzed from the perspec tive of aggregators and air conditioning users.
