With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,the level of workshop informatization has become a key factor to improve productivity.The structure of traditional discrete manufacturing workshop is complex,and the management is not in place.It is urgent to carry out information reform,and the first thing to bear the brunt is to solve the problem of production data collection.This dissertation designs and develops a Cyber Physical System(CPS)applied in intelligent workshop based on Internet of Things.It realizes the data acquisition of workpiece positioning,personnel,environment,processing flow,and provides visual production data display interface.Firstly,the characteristics and requirements of discrete manufacturing workshop are analyzed,and the typical process of discrete manufacturing is selected.The data requirements to complete the monitoring of this process are obtained,and the production data in this process is defined.After defining the research object,the architecture of the CPPS is designed.The system is divided into two parts: the monitoring nodes and management system.The design process of monitoring nodes is divided into hardware and embedded software.According to the system requirements for hardware selection,STM32F4 is selected as the node controller,through RFID reader,camera,GPS,laser ranging and other modules.Modbus RTU protocol to complete the production data collection work.NB-Io T is used to communicate with the host server.The working principle,parameter characteristics,resource occupation of the hardware are described.All of the hardwares have satisfied the performance requirements.The concept of edge computing is applied to the design of embedded software,then system tasks and operating system are developed.The driver transplantation and function call,data decoding and state judgment,task scheduling and communication are completed.The production data acquisition function is realized.The management system based on B/S architecture is developed,which can receive and decode the production data sent by the nodes,save it in the database.It realized user login,data search and display.The server construction,script and page design under LAMP are carried out.Respectively explained the workflow and complete the structure design of My SQL database table.The hardwares and server are built to realize the system,and it is tested by simulating the actual production process.The real-time data of the nodes are displayed,and the test results are viewed by using the management system according to the design process.The results show that the system can realize the real-time collection function of production data under edge calculation and verify that the intelligent workshop CPS is applicable and provides a solution for the lowcost production system application.
