| Water is the source of life,and drinking water safety is the most basic livelihood issue,which is related to the health of the people and the harmony and stability of the society.For a long time,there has been a "dualization" of water supply in urban and rural areas in my country.In order to fully implement the integration of urban and rural water supply and improve the quality of life of farmers,the water quality and safety of water supply projects in counties and towns has attracted more attention from the society.The water supply project mainly includes three parts: water intake,water purification,and water transmission and distribution.In recent years,as water purification technology has greatly improved,and the transmission and distribution technology is relatively weak,the focus of water supply security has gradually shifted from water sources and water plants to pipe networks.During the “Eleventh Five-Year” and “Twelfth Five-Year” water special projects,a series of studies have been carried out on the water quality assurance of the water transmission and distribution pipeline network.However,in the vast county area,the pipeline network pipe sections are laid chaotically and there is a long-term lack of effective disinfection.Measures,the management automation and informatization of water supply enterprises are not high,which makes it difficult to guarantee the safety of water quality at the end of the pipe network.Relying on the national "Thirteenth Five-Year" water special sub-project,this research has systematically summarized and evaluated the water quality maintenance technology of the wa ter supply pipe network in northern counties and towns,and provided theories for ensuring the sanitary safety of drinking water in counties and towns and promoting the integrated construction of urban and rural water supply.in accordance with.This paper closely focuses on the current situation of water supply in northern counties and towns.It summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of the water quality of the water supply network from the three aspects of pipe network structure,hydraulic power and water quality,and then condenses the key technologies of water quality assurance technology for the water supply network of northern counties and towns.It provides reference for the selection of subsequent technology evaluation indicators and the establishment of technology evaluation models.Furthermore,the improved DHGF(The meta-synthesis of Delphi,Analytic Hierarchy Process,Grey Interconnect and Fuzzy Evaluating)integrated algorithm was used to carry out the water quality assurance technology assessment of the water supply network in northern counties and towns.Based on scientific and reasonable indicator construction principles,establish a comprehensive evaluation indicator system including 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 22third-level indicators;apply improved analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels,and invite experts to combine them The evaluation index grading standard is scored,and then the evaluation result is 6.5106 points calculated by gray correlation and fuzzy evaluation method.It is clear that the overall level of water quality assurance technology for most water supply pipe networks in northern counties and towns is average,and suggestions for improvement are put forward based on the scores of the first-level indicators.In order to verify the value of the evaluation system for the actual water supply pipe network,we went to the water supply pipe network of District A in Beijing,where water quality assurance technology was applied,to carry out corresponding technical research and evaluation work.After mastering the basic information of the water supply pipeline network,the overview of water quality assurance technology,and the actual hydraulic operation data of the pipeline network,the evaluation system was used for technical evaluation.The evaluation result was 7.2687 points,indicating that the integrated water quality assurance technology has achieved better performance overall.Combined with the third-party evaluation results,the two are consistent,which preliminarily verifies the reliability and practicability of the evaluation system. |
