| The bottom is an important part of the rocket tank.It is usually welded by milling aluminum.It is necessary to voltage holding with water and air during the production process.Simulating the pressure changes of the tank under the working condition,and observing whether the bottom of the rocket tank is cracked,deformed and leaked are the important parts to ensure the final quality of the rocket.This thesis is focused on this test process and designs with an automatic testing system for hydraulic test and airtightness test of the bottom products.Firstly,according to the test requirements and operation procedures,the basic functions and the general structures of the system are determined.Secondly,a series of mechanical structures,such as automatic compressing structure are designed and calculated,it is the important part.In this system,the closed space between the bottom product and the test platform formed by automatic compressing device,which uses 32 hook clamps to press the bearing ring hoisted on the supporting structure of the bottom of the tank,is the basis for hydraulic test and airtightness test.The hook clamps are driven by drive motor and guided by trapezoidal thread pair to complete a series of separate or group rotation,lifting,pressing and other actions under the command of the automatic control system,to realize the automatic control and real-time monitoring,which make the system more convenient and controllable than traditional pressure test equipment,greatly reducing test time,saving test labor and improving test efficiency.Thirdly,in the design of mechanical structure,the computer-aided design software is used to carry on finite element analysis on relevant support structure to make the design scientific,stable,reliable and rational.Fourthly,hydraulic and pneumatic piping systems,as well as the control system are designed and selected to ensure the integrity of the system.Finally,the system is installed and debugged on site to evaluate the function and operation through the system test data.According to the results of test,it was found that the system has many kinds of function and a convenient operation.Compared with the traditional manual compression pressure system of box bottom,the difficulty and time of operation are reduced greatly.The effect has reached the design requirements because of the easy operation,the detailed test process to control system,and that it can generate reports for reference and archives. |
