| Rural production space is the main carrier of rural sustainable development,optimizing the rural production space layout as an important content of efficient industrial and agricultural production and land intensive use,is an important measure to promote China’s continuous deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the orderly progress of spatial planning and institutional reform,and promote the integrated development of regional urban and rural areas.With the acceleration of the new urbanization process,there are many rural development problems,such as hollowing out of some rural areas,abandonment of cultivated land,non-agricultural production factors,encroachment of agricultural production space and so on,which lead to the destruction of rural production space form and the interruption of texture,and seriously affect the rural development.In this context,how to realize the orderly development of rural production space and put forward the new path of Regional Rural three industry integration development is very urgent and important.This paper takes the rural production space in Hanzhong,Qinba District,identifies and constructs the classification system of rural production space,analyzes the dynamic evolution of rural production space from 2010-2018 with the help of ARCGIS software,and analyzes the characteristics of rural production space.The rural production space studied in this paper includes three production space,production ecological space and production function,namely production space,production ecological space and production and living space.The main research results are as follows:First of all,there are significant differences in the rural production space in the spatial layout,quantitative structure and dynamic changes,and they present different laws over time.During the research period,the land change in Yangxian County was small,and the single attitude of land use was production and living space,living ecological space and production space from large to small.From the perspective of the comprehensive attitude of land use,the change range and attitude of rural production space were gradually increasing.Affected by the degree of terrain fluctuation and economic development,in addition to the steep slopes of East and Beishan,the rural production space in Yangxian County shows a trend of gradually expansion and development,and the agglomeration of rural production space in Yangxian County is also showing a trend of agglomeration first(to the center of the county seat)after expansion.Secondly,the rural production space of the research area presents the characteristics of appropriate spatial distribution in the central urban area.Through the suitability evaluation of rural production space in Yangxian County,we found that the most suitable,suitable,general and unsuitable areas are radioactive distributed around the central city,with the largest proportion;the most suitable and general suitable areas are scattered;and the unsuitable areas are mainly distributed in Huayang Town.Finally,the optimization and control of rural production space needs to be carried out in combination with the actual situation of the research area and the demands of regional development.Comprehensive considering the evolution characteristics,suitability evaluation results and current development and actual demands,put forward industrial linkage,space integration,public construction,administrative governance and other land optimization strategy,and in Huayang ecological characteristic tourism area,medical and health industry,ecological leisure agriculture area,new industrial development area,modern agricultural development zone,combined with the actual situation of the township,street,guide the industrial development,villages and towns are divided into comprehensive service,characteristic tourism,agriculture,comprehensive farmers and service planting five types.Huayang Town,Jinshui Town,Machang Town and Longting Town were selected as typical cases for empirical study,and the specific implementation path of the transformation of rural production space and development under the background of the integration of three industries was discussed.The research results and regional strategies provide theoretical and practical reference for optimizing the rural spatial pattern and Promoting Rural Revitalization and development in Qinba mountain area. |
