Study On The Landuse Strutrue Optimization Of Shangluo Central City From The Perspective Of Comprehensive Disaster Prevention

City is the product of the development of social agglomeration.High-density population and buildings are the basis of the efficient operation of the city mechanism,and also lead to a series of urban problems.As the guarantee of the daily production and life of urban residents,the disaster prevention and safety of the city is the primary basic problem of urban construction,and also an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of the city.The rapid growth of urbanization in China in a short period of time not only makes the national economy develop rapidly,but also pays the cost of destroying the human settlement environment to a certain extent,followed by the severe urban disaster.Mountain cities account for more than 60% of China’s cities.This huge base is facing the test of urban disasters in the limited construction land.Shangluo City,located in the depth of Qinba Mountains,is one of them.This study attempts to take the urban land of Shangluo central city as the research object to explore the interaction mechanism between the various elements of urban land and urban comprehensive disaster prevention.From the perspective of resilient City,this paper aims to build a disaster prevention,disaster tolerance and rapid recovery of urban land use mode.This paper analyzes it from four aspects:The first two chapters are the theoretical and background research,and the frame construction stage of this study.Through literature collection and sorting,the research progress of comprehensive disaster prevention and urban land use structure optimization at home and abroad is analyzed,and the dynamic development direction of relevant research is understood,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the study of land use structure optimization in the central urban area of Shangluo.Focusing on establishing the relationship between comprehensive disaster prevention and urban land use structure,the content of urban land use structure optimization from the perspective of comprehensive disaster prevention is defined,which consists of four parts: urban land development boundary,urban land spatial distribution,urban road traffic system and urban land use quantity structure.Then the third chapter puts forward the problems.Through analyzing the existing problems of comprehensive disaster prevention and the implementation of disaster prevention planning in the central city of Shangluo,and the development and change of urban land use structure,the evolution characteristics of urban land use are found.Then the problems are summarized and the disaster prevention problems of the urban land use structure in the central city of Shangluo are put forward from the perspective of comprehensive disaster prevention.The fourth chapter is followed by the analysis of the existing problems in the study area.This paper discusses the ideas of disaster prevention and optimization of urban land use structure from four aspects.According to the sorting out of all kinds of urban land use optimization methods in the previous research review,the optimization methods suitable for this research perspective and the study region are selected,and the comprehensive disaster prevention and optimization technical route suitable for Shangluo central urban area is finally obtained.The fifth chapter applies the optimization technique of the fourth chapter to solve the problem.The existing disaster prevention center of the city,for urban land development by using the method of superposition disasters buffer boundary is optimized,and then to the border with urban development with the adjustment of the spatial distribution of urban land in the intersection,based on the building evacuation route optimize the urban land use structure,the number of evaluation standard of urban land use of disaster prevention life circle structure is optimized,and the optimized inspection.Through the amplification of the combination of finalization and quantification,this study constructs the optimization framework and optimization technology of land use structure in Shangluo central city from the perspective of comprehensive disaster prevention,in order to build a disaster resilient urban land use structure scheme,enrich the content of urban land use optimization,and provide reference for the urban master planning of small cities in Qinba mountain area.
