Circulating water is the key mechanism to ensure the normal operation of the power plant,which can ensure the normal operation of the power generation system.For power plants,the operation state of circulating water system is a very important factor to save water.It is very important for thermoelectric enterprises to further improve operation efficiency,reduce energy consumption and save cost through circulating water system management.Improving the optimal management of circulating water can reduce the cost of power generation,maximize profits and improve the profitability of enterprises.SG Thermal Power company has faced major problems in the past,such as unclear understanding of cost management and relatively low management level.It did not pay attention to the circulating water management of thermal power enterprises and did not realize the impact of circulating water on the cost of power generation.The analysis in this paper can help deepen the theoretical understanding of thermoelectric circulating water cost management,help enterprises to improve their traditional cost management mode,improve the importance of circulating water management on the issue of power generation cost,and establish the cost control concept based on business development.Taking SG Company as an example,this paper analyzes and solves the problem of circulating water management based on thermoelectric cost control.This paper analyzes the effect of scaling,corrosion and microbial growth on thermoelectric cost of circulating water.It is found that enterprises can optimize the circulating water by purifying water quality,adjusting water quality,scale inhibition,sterilization,using recycled water as make-up water,controlling metal corrosion and other methods.Through comparison,it is found that after the optimization of circulating water,the cost of consumption has decreased significantly.After optimized control of circulating water,the corrosion control rate was reduced from0.093mm/a to 0.067mm/a,the adhesion speed was reduced from 34.8mcm to 16.0mcm,the average concentration multiple of circulating level was increased from 2.5 to 5.1,the comprehensive qualified rate of water quality was increased from 92.5% to 98.6%,and the unit cost was reduced from 0.57 yuan / ton to 0.38 yuan / ton.Therefore,Production energy consumption is greatly reduced;The service life of the equipment is extended and the maintenance cost is reduced.Reduce the pressure of environmental protection,save the new water consumption,reduce the pressure of discharge;Overall production and operation costs have been reduced It can be seen that after the optimization of circulating water,the management level of the circulating water system has also been greatly improved,and the management cost has been effectively optimized.
