The organism is damaged by external stimulation, and its survival rate forms the curve of"saddle type"and"shoulder type"with the increase of external stimulation, such as the change of survival rate of plants under the condition of inducing mutation by ionizing radiation, the change of survival rate of cancer cells under the condition of medicine action, and so on.To study its regurity, the researchers proposed many models, such as Target model,Linear Quadratic model,Repair model,Rate model,Crow-Kimura model,Eigen model and damage-repair model for mutagenic effects of plant induced by ionizing radiation.Based on damage-repair model for mutagenic effects of plant induced by ionizing radiation, this paper proposes an organism damage repair modelto research the change of survival rate of Reid series maize with radiation dose under 7Li3+radiation and survival rate-dose relationship of cancer cells under medicine acting. The fitness value of organism, the dose of external stimulation and the repair effect of organism are considered as the important parameters to affect the survival rate of organism. The main results are as follows.1、The damage repair model can explain both the generation of the"saddle-type"survival-dose curve and"shoulder-type"survival-dose curve of plants under ionizing radiation. The survival-dose relationship of the Reid series maize under 7Li3+radiation is studied, and the maximum mutation rate corresponding dose, central location of repair area, and median lethal dose of each maize are obtained. Some regularity of the model parameters of maize damage repair model under 7Li3+radiation are obtained. This application of the model explains the process of Reid series maize irradiated by 7Li3+ions and the internal mechanism of"saddle type"biological effect-dose curve, which provides guidance for the experiment of Reid series maize induced by 7Li3+radiation,and provides ideas for its related theoretical research.2、The relative survival rate-dose relationship of cancer cells under the action of drugs is studied by using the damage repair model. The IC50,corresponding concentration of the minimum survival rate and central location of repair area of two types of cancer cells and the IC50of one type of cancer cell under the action of Cordyceps sinensis extrac, and the IC50of four type of cancer cells under the action of polysaccharides II-ⅠD from Thelenata anax are obtained. The model parameters regularity of the damage repair model of the cancer cells under the two drugs are studied. The IC50,corresponding concentration of the minimum survival rate and central location of repair area of the MCF-7 cells under the action ofβ-carotene oxidation products A and bel 7402 cells under the action of pepsin hydrolysate of walnut protein, and the IC50of the three cancer cells under the action of ethyl acetate extract from Veronica ciliata Fisch is obtained. The the process of drugs acting on cancer cells and the mechanism of"saddle type"relative survival rate-dose curve is explained, which provides some reference for the research and clinical treatment of cancer cells. This study has certain reference value for the study of change of biological survival rate under external stimulation and the study of biological evolution model, and has certain guidance for the research of mutagenesis breeding of Reid series maize under 7Li3+radiation and the experimental study of tumor suppressor effect of Cordyceps sinensis extrac, the polysaccharides II-ⅠD from Thelenata anax,β-carotene oxidation products A,pepsin hydrolysate of walnut protein and ethyl acetate extract from Veronica ciliata Fisch, and also has some reference significance for relevant theoretical research.
