If the contact of the contactor in the process of making the electric circuit,the service life of the contact can be significantly reduced.Natural shells and other materials have the directional and orderly arrangement of lamellar organic and inorganic materials,and have the ability to resist external impact.Based on this special structure,the structure and electrical performance of multi-layer skeleton composite contact of high-power DC contactor are studied in this paper.In this paper,based on the theory of micro conductive network and conductive channel,the influence of different conductive particle morphology and distribution on the conductivity of composite contact material is studied: triangular conductive particles,quadrilateral conductive particles,hexagonal conductive particles,quadrilateral conductive particles The results show that the conductive ability of the particle morphology is the best,followed by the triangular conductive particles,and finally the hexagonal conductive particles.The results show that the ordered distribution can improve the conductivity of contact materials.This paper proposes to analyze the conductivity of contact materials based on the aspect ratio and shape factor of different conductive particle morphologies.For the calculation of the conductivity of multiphase composites,the finite element method is used to calculate the conductivity and compare with the theoretical value.The results show that the closer the aspect ratio and shape factor are to 1,the stronger the conductivity is,and the conductivity increases with the increase of aspect ratio.The results show that the more conductive the structure is,the higher the current is,and the higher the arc temperature is.This paper is based on the conductive channel theory of conductive network and the strengthening and toughening mechanism of lamellar structure,a copper tungsten composite contact with micro oriented lamellar skeleton structure was designed,and the composite contact with this special structure was prepared by solution infiltration method.The experimental verification of this special structure composite contact was carried out,and the contact between the composite contact with micro oriented lamellar skeleton structure and commercial disordered structure was measured The results show that this special structure improves the conductivity and compressive strength,and has certain anisotropy.It provides a feasible reference for improving the overall performance of electrical contact.
