Aiming at the problems of traditional teaching course of Hydraulic Transmission,such as abstract teaching theory,limited equipment,high teaching cost and short experimental time,teaching mode is gradually changing to the direction of combining virtual reality and augmented reality technology with informatization technology.Under this background,taking the hydraulic transmission course as the research object,combined with the educational reform requirements of the Ministry of Education,the research and development of VR/AR hydraulic transmission teaching system provides a new way of education for the development of "new engineering".The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Construction of the framework of the hydraulic simulation teaching system.Through literature reading and investigation of the VR teaching system,the teaching theory of the virtual simulation teaching system and the virtual simulation cognitive model are described.the key technologies of the virtual hydraulic transmission simulation teaching system are clarified and establishes the overall development content and teaching content display form of hydraulic virtual teaching system.Combined with Unity3 D,Vuforia and My SQL and other software and technologies to build the overall framework of the hydraulic simulation teaching system;(2)Simulation of hydraulic experiment scene.Using Solidworks software to build the model of the hydraulic component library,and with the help of PS,3Ds Max and other tools to optimize the model rendering,mapping and so on.to make it more realistic.Then,it is imported into virtual reality development engine Unity3 D scene to simulate the real experimental scene by adding colliders,animations,materials,etc;(3)System interface design.The system management interface,hydraulic experiment teaching selection interface,hydraulic component operation interface and hydraulic circuit operation interface are designed by using UGUI in Unity and the interface and scene switching control are realized by using C # language;(4)Function of the system teaching system is realized.Based on the Unity3 D development engine,combined with the C# programming language,PC terminal system of virtual reality hydraulic transmission experiment teaching and mobile terminal system of augmented reality hydraulic components teaching are designed and developed respectively for different application occasions.Among them,the virtual reality hydraulic transmission experiment teaching PC system realizes the functions of login and registration,virtual hydraulic component disassembly and assembly,hydraulic circuit experiment simulation,self-evaluation and so on;the augmented reality hydraulic component teaching mobile terminal system to achieve AR scanning,virtual model scaling,rotation,disassembly and other functions.
