Research On The Renovation Of Traditional Residential Suitable For The Aged In Laisu Village,Jiangmen City

Nowadays,in the 21 st century,the aggravation of aging will be a great challenge for the whole global village.China is gradually entering the old society,so it is necessary to construct the housing for the elderly in China.At the same time,with the rural revitalization policy deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the construction of beautiful villages is gradually advancing,and people begin to pay more attention to the living environment they live in.It is necessary to combine theory with practice to study the agesuitable reconstruction of rural architecture,which not only has a certain guiding significance on the theoretical level,but also has a certain reference value in the example reconstruction design.This paper takes the traditional dwellings in Laisu Village of Jiangmen City as the research object.Based on the study of the elderly housing cases and the analysis of the characteristics of the elderly,the elderly housing space demand for detailed analysis,a comprehensive understanding of the elderly housing space to meet the requirements of barrier-free,safe,applicable and economic.Through the investigation and analysis of the traditional dwellings in Laisu Village,this paper summarizes the difficulties in the transformation of the traditional dwellings for the elderly in Laisu Village from the three aspects of functional space,barrier-free environment,energy and infrastructure.In the face of the situation that the traditional dwellings in Laisu Village are of low age age level,the paper puts forward to improve the functional layout and adjust the pattern.Pay attention to detail design,improve accessibility;Home facilities perfect,improve the quality of life for the elderly renovation proposals.This paper focuses on the exploration of the transformation of traditional dwellings for the aged in Laisu Village.Based on the above analysis,the renovation principle of traditional folk dwellings is proposed.On this basis,the design of traditional folk dwellings in Laisu Village is carried out,covering the entrance hall,living room,dining room,bedroom,kitchen and toilet.In addition,the traditional dwellings in Laisu Village were reconstructed barrier-free.I participated in the tutor’s research group,and with the team’s efforts,jointly invented and created patents such as hidden threshold,wheelchair ramp and wheelchair lift staircase,which effectively solved the problem of barrier-free access in the traditional dwellings of Laisu Village.At the same time,the living environment of the traditional dwellings in Laisu Village was improved to enhance the level of aging,which involved improving the wind environment,heat environment and light environment.Combined with the above contents,it has laid a certain foundation for the renovation of traditional dwellings in Laisu Village.Hope to provide readers with reference and thinking about the study of the rehabilitation of the elderly.
