With the consumption of fossil energy,renewable energy such as wind and solar energy,and new loads such as electric vehicles are developing rapidly.In order to adapt to the development of various new sources of loads(renewable energy such as wind and light,and new loads such as electric vehicles),countries around the world have proposed the concept of energy Internet.As the basic equipment of energy Internet,energy routers shoulder different forms,The important task of grade voltage conversion and energy management.Therefore,the research,analysis and design of multi-port energy routers have important practical significance and application value.The thesis analyzes the topology of the five-port energy router,studies the control strategy of each port,and implements energy management under different operating conditions based on the energy storage port.Finally,carry out hardware research and development.First of all,this paper adopts a five-port energy router topology structure including AC/DC input,AC/DC output,and energy storage port,to study its mathematical model in detail.The AC port of this topology adopts a three-phase full-bridge converter,which realizes rectification and inversion by controlling the trigger pulse;the DC input and output port adopts a Buck-Boost type DC/DC converter;the energy storage port adopts an isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter,Meet the needs of two-way flow.Secondly,the introduction of virtual synchronous generator control in the AC port,because the virtual synchronous machine control has both PQ control and V/f control functions,it can realize flexible switching of the energy router under different conditions such as network side with or without power access.No unnecessary operations,convenient and concise.DC input and output only need to realize the voltage rise and fall,so it is most suitable to choose the traditional voltage outer loop current inner loop double closed loop control.Then,energy management is implemented based on the energy storage port,which facilitates flexible switching of various modes.The energy storage converter first determines the energy demand of each port,and then performs energy control.The stable voltage of the DC bus is controlled by the outer loop voltage,and the current inner loop is used for tracking control.According to the actual situation,a simulation experiment was carried out on the MATLAB simulation platform to analyze and summarize the operability of multiple port control strategies.Finally,based on the research of the above-mentioned topology and control strategy,the design and manufacture of the hardware circuit board of the low-power energy router are carried out,combined with the experimental test results,the circuit board design results are analyzed,and the operability of the circuit board performance is summarized,it further verifies the correctness and feasibility of the control strategy studied in this article.
