The Modeling Design Method Research Of The Micro Electric Automobile Based On Internet Thinking

With the 5G era around the corner,the Internet has highly penetrated all aspects of human life.Meanwhile,almost all industries have undergone tremendous changes,hoping to share the bonuses brought by the Internet and 5G and excavate new development opportunities.As a crucial section of human transportation,the automobile is no exception as well.The electric automobile is a highly competitive transportation field in recent days.It has been supported by so many countries that we have seen its strong growth and development.Moreover,as the trend of the Internet automobile,the Internet electric automobile has been regarded by auto manufacturers as the latest driving force.But most automobile designers only rest on integrating the functions of the automobile with the Internet,such as video ＆ audio entertainment and driverless technology,etc.They fail to consider the automobile design method from the perspective of Internet thinking.Therefore,this paper takes Baojun E100,the latest micro electric automobile of SGMW,as a practical case to research the modeling design method of the micro electric automobile based on Internet thinking.This paper researches the new scenario of Internet thinking and the modeling design method of the micro electric automobile.Firstly,it sets forth the development context and trend of the micro electric automobile and then sums up the modern automobile modeling design method and design process,focusing on the detailed analysis on the modern automobile design method adopted by some domestic and international automobile design institutions.Then it summarizes the concept and application of Internet thinking,especially the combination of Internet thinking and traditional manufacturing industry,especially the automobile industry.This paper presents the research on the modeling design method of mini electric vehicle based on Internet thinking.Based on the research of the relationship between Internet thinking and traditional automobile enterprises,the modeling design method of mini electric vehicle based on Internet thinking is obtained.To discuss based on Internet thinking,with what kind of design method can more accurately meet the user’s demand for micro electric vehicles,thus derived a set of mini electric vehicle modeling design process.Combined with the Internet thinking in product design,the design methods that can be used in the modeling design of mini electric vehicles and the modeling design process of mini electric vehicles based on Internet thinking are proposed.Through the analysis of test drive data of saic-gm wuling baojun E100,the practice of mini electric vehicle design is carried out.This paper provides a new design method reference for vehicle designers to design electric vehicles and provides constructive Suggestions for the main vehicle manufacturers to develop electric vehicles.This subject research takes the research of Internet thinking as the cutting-in point.With the modeling design method of the micro electric automobile as the research object,it aims to promote the integration of Internet thinking and design art as well as apply the Internet thinking theory more to the practical application of the modeling design method.
