| As environmental problems continue to intensify,the concept of green buildings has been born to promote the development of green buildings.It will help alleviate environmental pressures and improve the quality of public living.Important measures between contradictions.The development of green buildings in China is still in its infancy.The willingness of all parties involved in the green building market to actively participate in the development of green buildings is low,and the promotion and development of green buildings are facing a problem of insufficient motivation.From the perspective of incremental cost-effectiveness,this paper uses the method of system dynamics to analyze and study the endogenous driving force of green building development,and provides a reference for the successful implementation of green buildings.First,this article uses the latest "Green Building Evaluation Standards"(GB /T50378-2019)to determine system indicators for green buildings based on incremental cost-effectiveness.On this basis,through a large amount of literature research,the constituent elements of the incremental cost subsystem and the incremental benefit subsystem are obtained.Based on the analysis of a large number of actual engineering cases and consulting related practitioners,the estimation basis of the incremental cost subsystem is derived;the economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits of green buildings are analyzed,and the indirect benefits are monetized to obtain incremental benefits Estimation basis.At the same time,considering the social and economic development,the role of public education in promoting the development of green buildings,and establishing external environmental impact indicators.Secondly,according to the modeling requirements of system dynamics,a dynamic model of green building development based on incremental cost-effectiveness is constructed.Based on the index system identified above,draw a causality diagram by qualitatively analyzing the interactions and influence paths between indicators;draw a stock flow diagram by judging the nature of the variables and distinguish the types of variables;finally,by establishing the The system dynamics equations between the dynamic analysis of green building development momentum.Finally,the data of a green building project is brought into the system dynamics model,and the model is simulated using Vensim PLE software,and the incremental cost-effectiveness value and investment payback period of the project based on the full life cycle are calculated.The composition of the incremental cost subsystem and the incremental benefit subsystem and their trends in each stage of the entire life cycle are described.On this basis,taking into account the differences in regional economic development levels,analyze the different behavioral responses of different participants,and study the promotion of green from four perspectives: government,developer,consumer,and green construction technology development.Endogenous driving force for architectural development. |
