As Chinese high-speed rail network is becoming more and more perfect,high-speed rail is more and more important for people in China.However,it is very necessary to study the traction power supply system of the lightning high-speed railway,because of the high-speed railway power supply system striked by lightning seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the high-speed railway.The traction power system mainly includes two systems of catenary and traction substation.In this thesis,the lightning overvoltage of the catenary and traction substation system is analyzed and the insulation coordination is studied.Simulation software is used to simulate the lightning protection of traction power system for studying.In this thesis,the lightning strike characteristics of the catenary,the tolerance level of the induction thunder and the lightning withstand level are analyzed.The lightning strike trip rate of the catenary system is studied and the lightning protection system of the catenary system is improved.According to the analysis,the lightning protection system of the catenary system is improved,including measures about protection of lightning strike messenger wire and positive feeder,use protection wire or lightning protection line to lightning protection.According to the type of traction substation,model of lightning strike traction substation,model of lightning cable and traction network are established.The effects of lightning arrester,anti-lightning coil and pillar grounding resistance on the lightning protection of traction substation are studied.The lightning protection measures of traction substation are improved,and the lightning protection effect after the improvement measures is analyzed.
