Research On Whole Process Project Cost Management In The Expressway

With the change of the design concept of the expressway,the rapid increase of land acquisition and demolition costs and the cost of materials and man-machines,the cost of expressway construction continues to increase.As a cost management concept that is being promoted,the entire process of cost management is responsible for improving the level of highway cost management.Different from general construction projects,the expressway is managed by the Ministry of Transport at the high level of the government.It has its own unique linear characteristics of the expressway and it is different from general construction projects in the project construction process.The peculiarity of expressway determines its cost management problem during the whole process needs special research.This paper discusses the cost management of expressway in detail from three aspects: theoretical research,implementation measures and practical application.First of all,here is a review of relevant domestic and foreign literature to point out the current limitations of applying BIM technology to the entire process cost management in the field of highway engineering.Secondly,by applying the methods of system theory,control theory and information theory,the goal of cost management of the whole process of highway engineering is analyzed,and on this basis,the third target for high speed is proposed.Here,the Zhanlan section of Huazhan Expressway is selected in the engineering case,the above-mentioned whole-process cost management measures were applied to specific engineering projects to form specific cost management practices,and finally achieved the effect of reducing project costs and greatly extending the completion time.Although there are still some issues to be resolved,the project has basically reached the established goal of cost management throughout the process.The research in this paper points out the problems faced by the entire process of highway engineering cost management under the current institutional arrangements.Based on the full consideration of these problems,the author tried to give the cost management measures of the entire process of highway engineering,which provided a reference and reference for the practice of cost management of highway engineering.
