Software Design Of Type Selection For Manufacturing Side Of Large Centrifugal Fan In Coal-fired Power Station | | Posted on:2021-02-13 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2492306452463024 | Subject:Thermal Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Centrifugal fan is an important auxiliary of coal-fired power plant,which plays an important role in coal-fired power plant.Selecting the appropriate fan type and checking the fan impeller components are of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of coal-fired power plant.In this paper,the centrifugal fan is selected based on the - curve at a constant specific speed and the fan similarity law.That is,the user gives the design parameters:flow rate,total pressure and fan speed,etc.,to obtain the fixed specific speed of the design operating point.According to the definition formula of specific speed,the -curve of specific speed at the design operating point under the constant speed of the model centrifugal fan is obtained.Find out the intersection point between the curve and the performance curve of all kinds of model centrifugal fan,which is the corresponding operating point of the actual centrifugal fan(obtained by the similar change of the model centrifugal fan)in the design condition.The model centrifugal fan with stable working range and high efficiency is selected,and the actual centrifugal fan that meets the needs of users is obtained through similarity transformation.The selection method is sorted out into a correlation formula for fan selection;The blade of the centrifugal fan is assumed to be a fixed beam and the front and rear disk is assumed to be a disk of equal thickness.Only considering the effect of centrifugal force,the calculation stress correlation formula is used to check and calculate the centrifugal fan blade and front and rear disk,and the three-dimensional solid model of impeller is constructed by using Soild Works.Only considering the effect of centrifugal force on the centrifugal fan impeller,the finite element software ANSYS is used to check and analyze the strength,and the equivalent stress cloud diagram of the impeller is obtained;Java is used as the foreground development language and My SQL as the background database.Use Maven open source project object model to build Java project and manage dependencies.The Spring open source framework is adopted to separate the dependencies between the components of the project.The type selection design and stress checking system of centrifugal fan suitable for computer is established,and the correlation formula of calculation type selection and calculation stress are encapsulated into the system.The results show that the selection of centrifugal fan by using the correlation of calculation and selection is feasible in theory.Comparing the calculated stress correlation and the ANSYS strength check calculation results,there is little difference between them.Within the allowable range of the project,the calculated stress correlation can be used to check the stress strength of the impeller.By encapsulating the calculated type selection correlation and the calculated stress correlation into the fan selection design and stress checking system,the fan selection and stress check can be carried out quickly and efficiently,and provide preparation for the manufacture of the follow-up centrifugal fan. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Type selection of centrifugal fan, Stress check, Finite element analysis, Software development | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
