With the rapid development of civil aviation,the number of small and medium-sized airports in China is gradually increasing,which is accompanied by the high cost of investment and the increasing demand for the number of controllers.The emergence of remote tower technology can effectively reduce the investment cost and improve the utilization rate of human resources.However,in the process of working in the remote tower,controllers need to stare at the screen for a long time accumulatively,which is prone to visual fatigue,which leads to the decline of reaction ability,memory and the ability to observe details,etc.,and ultimately leads to the decrease of work efficiency.Therefore,this paper,from the perspective of human factor engineering,combined with the characteristics of remote tower controllers’ working forms,studies the impact of remote tower controllers’ visual fatigue on work efficiency.In this paper,the remote tower controllers’ work tasks are analyzed in detail,combined with the remote tower controllers’ visual fatigue and working efficiency of the related concepts,selected the nine subjective indicators and six objective indicators as evaluated indexes of visual fatigue,and the controllers of cumulative command aircraft sorties as index of work efficiency.In the experiment,20 control students are selected to carry out a 6-hour simulation experiment of remote tower control,and the subjective and objective visual indicators of the subjects are collected by using the methods of machine recognition,visual adjustment measuring scale,visual acuity chart and subjective questionnaire.When machine recognition,this paper uses the eye location based on Multi-task convolutional neural networks model and eye area diagram,design the eye state judgment model based on convolution neural network,and has carried on the training to the eye state judgment model,the model quantized treatment to the judgment result can be obtained after blinking frequency and time close your eyes.After the preliminary collation of the collected data,the significance analysis of the subjective and objective visual parameters is conducted by using the analysis of variance and Post-hoc analysis.The correlation analysis of the subjective and objective visual parameters is conducted by Pearson analysis,Z-score data processing and principal component analysis,and the dimension of the parameters is reduced.A visual fatigue evaluation model based on regression is established by using SPSS statistical software,and the model is tested.It is found that the model could effectively reflect the visual fatigue degree of controllers with different cumulative fixation time.Finally,according to the visual fatigue evaluated model,it is found that the visual fatigue of the subjects increased to different degrees with the increase of the cumulative fixation time.With the increase of the degree of visual fatigue,the total number of flights commanded by the subjects decreases.
