| The bond between ceramsite concrete and basalt fiber bars(BFRP bars)is the foundation that both works together.Ceramsite concrete is made of light aggregate, sand, cement and water,it has advantages of light weight, high strength,,fire resistance and durability.Under the premise of green environmental protection and earthquake disaster reduction policy, the ceramsite concrete is a kind of building material which is more suitable for the development direction of building structure.BFRP bars are considered as a new type of material to replace the steel bar for its high tensile strength, good corrosion resistance and light weight.Due to its high tensile strength, good corrosion resistance and light weight,BFRP bars are considered as new materials for replacing steel bars in structures..Therefore,the method of the experimental research is used to study the bond and anchoring property of ceramsite concrete and BFRP bars. The main contents are as follows:(1)Experimental study on the influence of structural form on the bonding properties of ceramsite concrete and BFRP bars:through to 39 pull-out specimens, considering the compressive strength of ceramsite concrete, the rebar diamete and the anchoraging length on the effect of bond property.Through the test, the failure mode of the test piece was analyzed and the bond-slip curve was obtained. The results show that:the bond strength is proportional to the strength of the ceramsite concrete, and increases with the increase of the strength of the ceramsite concrete. With the increase of the anchorage length and the diameter of the BFRP bars diameter, the bond strength decreases gradually.(2)Experimental study on the bond properties of ceramsite concrete and BFRP bars with clay and shale ceramsite at different ambient temperatures:through to 24 pull-out specimens, considering the types of ceramsite and different ambient temperatures.Through the test, the failure mode of the test piece was analyzed and the bond-slip curve was obtained. The results show that:when the ambient temperature is between-20℃ and 60℃,the bond strength of BFRP bars and ceramsite concrete increased along with the decrease of temperature, and the shale ceramsite concrete and BFRP bars bond strength higher than that of clay ceramsite concrete. |
