Air conditioning systems account for a large proportion of building energy consumption.At present,the design for capacity selection of most air conditioning systems in the engineering site are according to the maximum load of the building,but the system usually operates under partial load during most of the operating hours.Therefore,this paper studies the energy-saving group control optimization strategy of the air-conditioning equipment room under partial load.First this paper collects the historical operation data of a real air-conditioning equipment room and adopts "ash box" modeling which are method-least squares and its derivative algorithm.The mathematical model of the power of the main energy-consuming equipment in the air-conditioning system is established.The accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by comparing the parameter identification value with the measured value.Then in this paper,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are applied to the global optimization calculation of energy consumption in air conditioning systems.This paper has done optimization calculations with MATLAB software on the same study problem.The performance of the two algorithms is compared and then analyzed the characteristics of the working conditions which are suitable for the two algorithms.On the basis of the above work,the load-target-oriented equipment room group control strategy is proposed.This paper studies on the principle and application conditions of the control methods which are used for the heat pump unit and the variable frequency water pump.For the heat pump unit,there are number control method and the outlet water temperature control method.For the variable frequency water pump,there are temperature difference control method,differential pressure control method and flow control method.Then according to different equipment system forms,the load target oriented group control strategy of six different system forms in winter and summer is given.Finally,the TRNSYS software is used to simulate the proposed operation strategy under six conditions in winter and summer and the actual experiment was carried out in a winter working condition.Then this paper analyzes the overall energy consumption and the energy consumption of each device after normal mode operation and optimized control operation.Both simulation and experiment have obtained better energy-saving effects.The operation rules of the chilled water system under different system forms in the simulation results are explored and the proposed group control strategy is improved.
