| Temporary work shed is the main temporary facility at the construction site,the function of temporary work shed includes material storage,protection of construction equipment and safety protection of construction workers.In response to the call of the national "13th Five-Year plan"for building industrialization and green construction,temporary work shed develops into standardized and prefabricated,gradually.At present,a number of new form temporary work sheds have been developed by researchers in China,new forms of assembly temporary work shed have the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly,beautiful appearance,reusability,safety and reliability.However,most of them still have the shortcomings of single function and fixed purpose,which need further improvement.Therefore,a temporary work shed with steel structure with double-layer structure,single column and full bolt assembly has been developed.In this paper,the effects of the standard values of snow load and wind load were considered respectively.The structural calculation of the temporary work shed with steel structure under two kinds of loads was carried out.According to the result of structural calculation,the section sizes of each structural member of the temporary work shed with steel structure were selected,and the main connection nodes were developed and designed.Then complete standardized design of the temporary work shed with steel structure.Finally,assembly process of the temporary work shed with steel structure in the construction site was described in detail,which provided guidance for the installation of this kind of temporary work shed.In the normal use process,the static loads on the temporary work shed with steel structure are snow load and wind load;and falling objects pose a great threat to the safety of personnel in the construction site.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the model,first analyzed the static performance of the temporary work shed with steel structure.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the column base of the temporary work shed with steel structure under horizontal load were analyzed;by changing the parameters of bolt diameter,end plate thickness and stiffening rib setting,the effect of each parameter on the mechanical properties of column base was analyzed.The impact resistance of the temporary work shed with steel structure was analyzed,impact resistance of two kinds of protective wood was analyzed;and the whole process of impact time history curve and vertical displacement time history curve of protective wood was analyzed.Then,the impact resistance of the temporary work shed with steel structure was analyzed by changing the parameters of falling object mass,falling height,impact contact area between falling object and protective wood.The results show that the temporary work shed with steel structure can meet the strength and stifffess requirements under snow load and wind load,and is safe and reliable in the use process.The whole process of column base under horizontal load is divided into three stages:elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage and failure stage.The ultimate bearing capacity of column base increases with the increase of bolt diameter and end plate thickness;and the setting of stiffeners has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of column base.The impact time history curve can be divided into four stages.The failure modes of protective wood include parallel fracture,transverse shear failure and breakdown.The protective wood is not broken down and the parameters are the same:the maximum impact force of scaffold is greater than that of formwork.With the increase of falling object mass,the maximum impact force of protective wood is less affected,but the maximum vertical displacement of protective wood and upper purlin is obviously increased.The maximum impact force and maximum vertical displacement of protective wood and maximum vertical displacement of upper purlin increase with the increase of falling height and impact contact area.When the parameters are the same,the maximum impact force and the maximum vertical displacement of protective wood,the maximum vertical displacement of upper purlin and under the condition of breakdown are obviously smaller than those without breakdown. |
