Research On Design Method Of Low-rise And High-density Residential Building Clusters Derived From Traditional Settlement Structure

"Clothing,food,housing and transportation" is the most basic needs of mankind.With the continuous advancement of reform and opening up and the further strengthening of urbanization,large cities,megacities have emerged,urban agglomerations have begun to form,and the concentration of the population has brought tensions in land use.The lack of land has become a serious social problem.At the same time,the continuous improvement of material living standards has led to new demands for living space.Modern multi-storey,high-rise residences,in terms of form,uniformity,lack of public space in function,and spiritual sustenance,have a great gap with the traditional concept of living in a place where there is a place to have a home.Therefore,people with certain spending power and aesthetic taste tend to have low-rise houses with independent courtyards during secondary home purchases.However,China’s land resources are extremely limited,and the Ministry of Land and Resources has banned the development of simple single-family housing projects.At the same time,the"Residential Project Regulations(Draft for Comment)" proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development foreshadows the low-rise and high-density It is the future development direction of low-rise residential buildings.In this environment,this paper hopes to propose a feasible research and design method for low-rise and high-density residential building clusters,which will provide reference for the current residential building design.The basic idea of this paper is to conduct density and sunshine research on typical cases,and then form a design method based on this,and test the feasibility of the method through design.In the second chapter of this paper,the related researches on low-rise and high-density residential buildings at home and abroad are summarized,and four typical low-rise and high-density residential cases in China are selected for analysis.The third chapter proposes the research method of gridding,and uses the grid method to generate a simplified model of typical units,which is the basis for the quantitative analysis.In the fourth chapter,the density study and sunshine analysis of the simplified typical unit type are carried out.The fifth chapter proposes a grid-based design method for low-rise and high-density residential building clusters based on research,and uses this design method to design a grid-based basic unit type and a group-based model based on basic units.Finally,the actual block is forced and deepened.Design and other methods to verify the feasibility of the design method.The whole thesis contains about 42 000 words,134 pictures and charts.
